I would be interested in seeing the invoice for the wheel bearing you procured for this repair. I doubt the bearing came from Subaru and the cost at many part depots is less than...

Repairs made with helpful attitude. 3/7/2015

I had 2 tires replaced and an ignition tuneup. Car runs smoothly now. I also had them disable the stupid chime so I could get some piece and quiet. The BMW is now entering a phase of life where all the electronic gizmos fail one after the other making the car a money pit. If you are stupid enough to buy a BMW, trade it in by 60K miles before all the electronic klap-trap starts driving you nuts. Magic Mechanic keeps these crates running at minimal cost. I will be giving this car to my step-son in a couple weeks, so good riddance to Hitler's revenge on wheels. more

Pay attention to details 2/26/2015

I have an older model Nissan pickup. There were problems in the way it felt when I drove. Magic Mechanic found the problems and fixed them, though the parts were hard to find. Not having my truck was an inconvenience but having the problems fixed with a year guarantee on all parts and repairs is a relief more

Competent Skilled Techs & Management 1/23/2015

Brought my 2005 Ram 3500 diesel in for routine service and to diagnose what I thought to be an electrical problem. There was a problem but not with the alternator or ECM as I suspected. The culprit was a defective electric clutch for the radiator fan. The tech replaced the clutch, discovered the drive belt was excessively glazed and needed replacement, and the belt tensioner though functional was weakening and replacement was recommended. All work completed, I was not charged labor to install the belt tensioner. Thanks for that accomodation. Total bill of $1192 and the truck runs as it should. I'm pleased and THANK YOU! more

Fantastic service 1/21/2015

This was a prepurchase inspection and everything went really well we found out that there was less wrong with the car than we thought there was and everyone was very helpful to us. Our inspection was well worth the price in piece of mind for us. Thanks to all the staff who helped us and of course to J D for orchestrating all. more

Subaru Outback Wheel Bearing Assembly 1/16/2015

I would be interested in seeing the invoice for the wheel bearing you procured for this repair. I doubt the bearing came from Subaru and the cost at many part depots is less than $100. Even if you got the bearing from Subaru, if you had my interest at heart you would have sourced a bearing that was more reasonably priced. Honestly, I do not think you acted in good faith. more

Appointment 1/10/2015

I received an email telling it was time for service in my vehicle and that I should make an appointment. I did so. for 7:30 in the morning. I even included the type of service I wanted, an oil change. I got a reply that said I had an "appointment " for 7:30 on the morning specified. When I arrived I was told they didn't have morning appointments. So, three hours later I finally got my oil change. Please fix your online system. It is very misleading. more

TOOK TIME TO FIND MY REAL PROBLEM 1/1/2015

I had about 4 different mechanics to tell me the same thing about my van . I needed springs,come to find out that wasn't my problem, I needed the sensor replaced. the leveler replaced and also the shocks,,they fixed my problem.. THANKS FOR HELPING ME ..MRS BRENDA ELLIS more
