Madrona Pointe is by far the best place that I have ever lived. Everyone here is kind and caring. The maintenance people are always willing to do their jobs and help us whenever there is an issue. more

I lived at Madrona Pointe for just over a year. I have never had any real problems. Yes I have had to call in to the office to have my garbage disposer fixed which was not a real big deal. Madrona Pointe was a nice place to live and a good location for me. If I ever go back to the Tacoma area I will be going back to Madrona Pointe. more

I have lived here through many management changes and tons of promises, but the new management has definitly cleaned this place up and they have only been here two months or so. They evicted the bad neighbor in our building, got the dumpsters fixed, fixed the sprinklers systems and the sewer leaks, put new bark in all the flower beds, etc. As far as crime goes, I think it wasn't ever that bad but it is really peaceful now that we have a new security guards every night! I really like the new staff, too. They are very friendly and cute too! Anyway, Overlook is not overlooked any more. . . I might stick around a while to see the new paint job they are starting! They are the best managers we have had. more

i really enjoyed being here. I think the have really good staff for such a big place and its a very nice community! my favorite was the propeties conceirge (louann) she walked my dog for me and helped when i was new to the area more

I've read all the bad reviews and it amazes me what some people have written. I absolutely love this apartment complex and have never had any problems. The cabana is wonderful, it's so nice to have a tanning salon and area to work out. The washer/dryer's are key, its so nice to have them in my apartment. And there is a car wash. Its so easy and convenient to go wash my car. Any time I have a problem, maintenance responds so quickly. People have written such bad things about it here and I have not experienced any of it. I guess some people just have a bad outlook on life in general. I have lived at some crappy places and this is definitely not a bad place to be. I think its horrible that a few grumpy people were unhappy here so they have to write about it. Obviously the place isnt that bad or people wouldnt still be living here. My neighbors have been here for several years and have had no problems at all. more

So I have lived at madrona pointe for 3 years and when i moved in everything was good. they office was super nice and proffesional. then after a few months of living there i put in a work order and maitnance never came so i got angry went to the office to let them have it and i couldnt do it they were so understanding and kind about it and had matnance take care of the issues asap. i have evan had hard times and they worked wioth me insted of kicking me out how many places do you know that will do that. i also enjoy all of the ammenites that they have i just wish that the hot tub was open. other thatn that i like it. more
