Review content:
I have lived here through many management changes and tons of promises, but the new management has definitly cleaned this place up and they have only been here two months or so. They evicted the bad neighbor in our building, got the dumpsters fixed, fixed the sprinklers systems and the sewer leaks, put new bark in all the flower beds, etc. As far as crime goes, I think it wasn't ever that bad but it is really peaceful now that we have a new security guards every night! I really like the new staff, too. They are very friendly and cute too! Anyway, Overlook is not overlooked any more. . . I might stick around a while to see the new paint job they are starting!
They are the best managers we have had.
