I have been fighting with an up-flare on acne ever since I've moved to Texas and I've been to several top of the line spas in Dallas and the metroplex and I have to say, Arzu has truely understood my skin. I've had 4 facials so far and my fiance has acknowledged that, " Yes, whatever she's doing, it's working!" My acne scars on my face are lightening up and with the instruction of Arzu, I'm using certain products day and night and it has slowed down the number of pimples also. I'm very glad I came upon luxury on lovers and Arzu altogether, I had almost given up and with my wedding coming around the corner, I want to look my best! Thank you Arzu, you have a special talent! more

I just had my fifth or sixth facial with Arzu at this place. My skin glows for weeks afterwards and I have been getting compliments specifically on how my skin looks. Their techniques are the latest in skincare and far more advanced than facials I had before finding them. Also, the atmosphere in the salon is really nice - elegant, restful and NOT snobby at all!! more

Wow is all I can say. My friend from out of town gave me a gift certificate for a facial and massage. I've been to some of the top spas all over the world, and must say say the staff at Luxury is unrivaled. My skin was glowing, (never looked so good!), my facialist incredibly knowledgeable, and my massage was pure heaven. They had to come wake me up!!! Can't wait to go back! more

I've lived in Dallas for about a decade now & have never found a Spa I felt truly comfortable in...well, I have now. Luxury On Lover's has such a warmth and soothing energy about it, I was pleasantly surprised. I had an amazing facial, the aesthetician was incredibly professional & knowledgeable. Once my facial had ended, she met me downstairs & directed me to some products that she elegantly explained to me...btw, the products work, I've been using them as directed & can see such a difference in my skin. The owner, Lisa, was there, she's a smart woman-she has a talented staff and she's got an ease about her that makes you feel important and welcome. Simply put: my pores have never looked this good! I purchased the HydraFacial treatment through Groupon awhile ago. When I got there, I loved how cute the whole place was! It's in an old, two-story house that has such a warm and cozy feel. It was perfect. And my facial was awesome!!! My facialist was Marilee and she talked me through the entire thing and made me feel so comfortable. Afterwards, my pores looked SO GOOD! Seriously, I couldn't beleive how great my skin looked. Only con: The place was a bit hard to find at first. I actually drove past it once. Oops. Just slow down and look for the orange (I think?) sign out front. more

I had to write a review about Luxury On Lovers after I had gone in for a gift facial from my wife. She has been going to the spa for many years and always raves about how great the services are and how wonderful the people at the spa treat customers. I had never had a facial before so I was a little uncertain about what to expect but I was delighted by my experience there. The person who greeted me was friendly and made sure I was comfortable while filling out the forms needed. My facial was relaxing and definitely made me look and feel younger. My facialist was very helpful and considerate in explaining what she was doing and showing me some products that I would have never known about without her help. I am now going back regularly for facials and using products recommended by her. All the people at the spa were very gracious and helpful including the the people who check you out and always make sure you are satisfied and happy with your experience there. I look forward to going to my facials now because all the people at the spa are positive, helpful and very knowledgeable which makes you feel great and of course I always look marvelous after my treatment! more

After reading many positive reviews on this site, I decided to give Luxury on Lovers a try and went in to get a facial. When I arrived I was greeted by two friendly people and was offered a drink while I filled out some forms. A woman then lead me upstairs to start my treatment, so far so good. I sat under a LED light for the first 30 minutes of my facial. This part was really relaxing- there was soft music playing and the room was really warm and comfortable. That same friendly woman from the front kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. I was really loving my experience so far, but unfortunately things got worse. After my time under the light was up, I was greeted by the esthetician who would finish my facial. At first I thought she was nice, but after I laid down to begin the facial she would not shut up about how dry my skin was and how bad my acne was. (I don't even have acne, just a few pimples occasionally!) She was telling me that I was getting some stage of acne that you can never get rid of and that I needed to schedule another $150 treatment with her next week to get rid of it. She also criticized me for using department store cosmetics and facial cleanser and tried to sell me all the facial products in the spa. I was really annoyed because not only did I feel that I was being criticized, I wanted to relax for the remainder of my time! Finally I was able to return downstairs after the facial was over. I was then greeted by another nice lady that checked me out and talked to me about the treatment I had received. She was really helpful and even recommended some things that I should talk to my dermatologist about that could help my skin. I feel like Luxury on Lovers is a good spa, I just happened to get a facial with the WORST esthetician they have. I have to give 1 star because of how terrible my experience was during the facial. more

I got this facial as a result of buying a Groupon, so I was looking forward to this treatment as it would be my first facial ever. The house the "spa" is located in is a nice house, with cute jewelry for sale. Nothing seemed bad. I spoke to my facialist for a minute before going into their main facial room and she seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. *As soon as I got in the main facial room and laid down, she immediately started telling me how bad my skin was. At first I thought she was just going to tell me what products I should start using to improve my skin, but no... this conversation (mainly on just her part) lasted the ENTIRE facial. I understand wanting the client to know what is and is not good for their skin but demeaning them the whole time they're there? Really? She did a half-ass job with the facial in general, and wouldn't shut up about what vitamins I need to keep my face healthy and if I don't obey then I could, and I quote, "need a total face lift by the time I'm 26". By the end of the facial I was so tired of her talking I just wanted to get out of there. She put what I thought was normal moisturizer on my face and then I went back downstairs only to find out it was a tinted moisturizer splotched all over my face.. WHO DOES THAT??! It wasn't even my skin color!! I looked like I had a skin disease. I was expecting a relaxing day at a cute spa but my experience was far from that. I would *NEVER* recommend this spa to ANYONE. This woman (who's name escapes me) may have been knowledgeable about skin care, but I did not pay $200 to have someone tell me how awful my skin is for an hour. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! more

As a long-running customer of one of the staff at Luxury, I followed her to Luxury and cannot say enough positive things about my experiences there! The service is excellent (they actually CARE about your skin-- i've even had discounts, trials, etc when a product wasn't working as effectively as my facialist wanted it to!) and the woman who I work with, Arzu, knows SO much about skin and the appropriate products and takes the absolute best care of her clients!! As a young adult, I do admit the prices are a little high, but definitely reflected in the quality and service!! Go get taken care of now!!! more

Working in the cosmeceutical industry affords me the opportunity of being familiar with several of the local spas. My choice is Luxury on Lovers! Not only does the atmosphere put you right at ease but the staff is knowledgeable, experienced and most of all friendly. They make sure that you are pampered in all facets of your visit! I booked a special day for me and my daughter who was getting married and a couple of days before the appointment & wedding my sister passed away. LOL unknowingly was able to provide comfort, relaxation and of course beauty to both of us during a tragic time. I would highly recommend LOL as your “spa of choice” but especially for special events and occasions! Lisa knows and understands what it takes to make each person that walks thru the doors of LOL feel unique and at home. LOL is definitely the only one of its kind! more

Where to begin ... aside from the welcoming, comfortable environment and big smiles... the services are quite unique, non invasive, and some just completely unheard of. Being a beauty investigator I couldnt resist trying it all, every single service. The experts are wonderful and really add value to what normally might be just an average treatment experience. I love the body slimming, its great for a lift here and there, and keeps that waistline intact! Its not the most comfortable, but where else can you get the result of 1000 sit-ups while laying down reading your emails? ( its definitely not for sissy's :)! My facial with Arzu was amazing and I felt like the most beautiful person in the world by the time I left. Marilee is is incredible and truly a perfectionist who takes years off your face in one treatment. For a little wholistic full body love you cant go wrong with Arianna or Marci.... its worth a stop once a week just to revive and restore. Thanks LOL for letting me stop in on a whim and lay under the infra red light, its almost as good as a cocktail for destressing :) It makes my day along with Calebs big big big smile ! more

I was visiting Dallas a few weeks ago from Los Angeles (the land of the spa) and I asked my girlfriend if she could recommend a spa for a facial. She blurted out "Luxury on Lovers before I could complete the question. I took her recommendation and scheduled an appointment. What a wonderful experience! The staff was great, the setting was very peaceful and calming and the facial was extraordinary (and I have had a few facials). I enjoyed the facial so much, I decided to then have accupunture treatment (which I have never had). I was a little nervous but didn't need to be because that too was very professionally done and quite an experience. I am going to be in Dallas again soon and Luxury on Lovers is one of my destinatons. more

I recently just finished my treatment from Luxury on Lovers. Kaleb is an amazing person, greeted me right when i walked in and offered me refreshments. The friendly staff took me right away and didnt have to wait like other spas around forever. My technician, Marcy, introduced herself and again offered me refreshments prior to my appointment. She explained everything thoroughly about the treatment and made me feel very comfortable. Absolutely loved the atmosphere , the treatment room was very soothing, clean and neat. I have to say i was a bit nervous but after Marcy helped me calm down and began massaging my temple, head, neck and shoulders i was alot more at ease. I loved the experience and i definitely recommend anyone and everyone to check this spa out. Amazing staff and an amazing owner (Lisa)! more

Ok so lets say I had high hopes for this one. Bought a deal on Living Social for a Rapid Slimming Treatment and Sauna. I went into the sauna first and it was up pretty high (150) but I just dont sweat easily. Not just here but in general. Next went to get the rapid slimming treatment and was told there was "something wrong with me" if I didnt sweat. The treatment was intense and I left with four red patches from the electrodes that ended up turning into welts by the evening. I still have the four red squares on my stomach a week later. Apparently it turns out that the equipment caused a burn. I also was not pleased by the fact that my hairline was full of oil by the time I left due to the therapist (not Ariana per the glowing reviews) rubbing it on me to "distract me" during the treatment. Wouldnt have been so bad if I hadnt have had to drive to Austin straight from there. Trust me, checking into the Westin looking like a grease monkey was not what I envisioned. I was really disappointed but do agree with previous reviews that Caleb is very nice. I would never return. more

I have never had a spa experience like this. First of all the unique 1930's renovated house is cozy and quiet and all the staff is incredibly welcoming. My first experience at Luxary on Lovers was a valentines gift from my boyfriend. I read about some of the massage styles that are offered and had decided on a deep tissue. However after meeting Ariana, the amazingly talented massage therapist and accupuncturist who does my treatments, she steered me in a different direction. I have had massages from many different people at many spas and have never had anything like it. She seems to genuinely care about my overall health and wellness, helping me eliminate stress and bring positive energy into my life. I have been back to see her many times and thoroughly enjoy it each and every time. I would and have reccomended Luxary on Lovers to ALL my friends and family. more

Have to pass the word on about a teeth whitening product that will change your smile forever,i was on my face book page and found Pro White Teeth .c0m and they have the smile of the day,so i look on there web site and saw all these beautifull white smiles,this product works both myself and my sister now my mom have tried this product and it does wonders,i just had to tell everyone about it,now Luxury on Lovers(great business) can keep doing miracles everyday and now your teeth can look amazing,mine came out 7-10 times whiter more

First Impressions: Upon arrival inside this 1930’s two story renovated home on West Lovers Lane you are greeted and welcomed by Lisa Cobb the Owner and Kaleb Leija the Director of Marketing. The house keeps it’s ‘home’ feeling as if it were your eccentric Uncles’ testing laboratory and comfortable living room in one. There are many cabinets, shelves and tables of cosmetic products, jewelry, clothing, herbs and medicinal potions for you to discover. Before I could finish taking in the scene, Lisa comes up and tells me about the services I am to receive. And so the conversation begins… The Treatments: Lisa starts me off with teeth whitening and blue light therapy on my face. The blue light is the actual color that you see (the other is red but at a different setting) on the three panel device. It is not noisy or intrusive but quiet relaxing. This Lightwave System Therapy has different settings for blue, red and infrared light therapy that are housed in three panels of light emitting diodes surrounding your face. Lisa had me put on the protective goggles so I would not accidentally look into the light. The light panel for teeth is about 15 minutes but for other treatments for acne, vascular lesions and periorbital wrinkles it takes 30 minutes. It is also been cleared to use for minor muscle and joint pain, arthritis, muscle spasm and stiffness. This precise wavelength of blue light reaches your skin at the dermal level and reacts with the bacteria to produce singlet oxygen and free radicals. All this has germ killing effects. The red wave length stimulates the production of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) helps with healing process, reduces inflammation and restores the skin’s normal cellular activity. Following these two procedures I am introduced to Ariana Geoffrey Stahlka the Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist. Immediately Ariana puts me in a relaxing and restorative phase by performing an acupressure massage called Krashada on the back of my head and neck. We have a consultation and she proceeds with the acupuncture treatment. After a brief respite I am treated to an extended session of Total Body Sculpting on my stomach/abs area. Kaleb explains this is “transion,” the rapid slimming with muscle toning device that moderately re-shapes and tones the areas where used. It uses pulsed electrical stimuli to “twist” and “wring” the muscles and detoxifies the body temporarily increasing metabolism. You have control of the intensity. I must say you really feel the “burn” for over 24 hours. This will definitely encourage you to get back to the gym if you have not been going recently. The effects are still felt even a week after it’s use. Further Impressions: I was pleasantly surprised that a two story house could accommodate such an interesting place focusing on body and skin therapies. These include, hydro-facials, massage body wraps, enzyme treatments and peels, oxygen facials (check out the “Madonna” Series) and of course my all time favorite Hot Stones massage. I was very impressed with Lisa’s over 20 years of expertise in the health, beauty and cosmetic industries. It’s truly wonderful knowing that someone has such incredible knowledge in this area and loves to teach and instruct others. You can tell that Lisa Cobb has a passion for skin and body care and I should add wellness. There is just not enough time between treatments to get good information out of her. I recently went into Luxury on Lovers for some waxing. Actually for sugaring, which is waxing only a billion times better. Caleb greeted me and offered me refreshments when I arrived. He invited me to look around at the merchandise but didn't pressure me in any way. My technician, Erin, introduced herself and again offered me refreshments prior to my appointment. Her room was very soothing. The table was like a luxurious pillowtop bed. Her technic is the best I have ever experienced. It was 99.9% pain-free. I would recommend this spa and Erin to anyone interested in the most pleasant, relaxing, professional treatments. Pros: Soothing, relaxing surroundings & AWESOME staff more
