I had an emergency with my dental care, and came to Lovett Dental on Highway 6 and it was taken care of immediately. I was given a plan by Dr. Eric Smith which we followed and with the step by step assistance from his assistant-Lori, my smile was made beautiful again! Thanks Lori, for being there every step of the way! And thanks Dr. Smith for the final results! more

dr. smith is understanding,his assistance was helpful,everything went fine,but i have to waitting @ the waitting longer than before,arrive at 1:30pm,didn't see the doctor or his assitance until 2:35pm more

I really enjoyed meeting and being treated by Dr. Smith. He was a very calm, professional person that was gentle with me. I hate to say this, but I am actually looking forward to seeing him again!!!! more

Exceptional Experience 11/5/2011

I am simply amazed at how professional and comfortable it was to visit this office. Like mos people I was nervous about my procedure but Dr. Smith and his staff quickly made me comfortable. I did not have a regular dentist to go to, now I do.. Thanks to the staff for all of their good customer service...Especially Dr. Smith. more

The staff, dental assistants and dentist are a true pleasure. My daughter and I have been coming here for two years and we feel comfortable with everyone. The staff works with your schedule and try to accommodate you. I would recommend Lovett Dental if you are searching for a dental facility where consistancy and the client's overall dental health condition are the main priorities. more

I went to this office expecting them to be like every other Dental office in the city, but they were not like every other dental office.\r The staff was kind, considerate, professional, and ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT ME!!!!\r \r They explained exactly what they were going to do to me, and they showed me displays so that I would know what to expect and how it may look once completed.\r \r I was extremely worried about the financial part, inspite of the fact that I had insurance, but they told me they would work with me and proceeded to seek additional financing for the work tha that had to be done.\r \r I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR THEY ARE AMONG THE TOP IN THE CITY, AND MOST OF ALL ""THEY CARE ABOUT YOU"". more

Took my fear away 9/19/2011

I want to start off by saying I have a large fear of the dentist with pain and money. The staff are very nice and caring. The dentist I was saw was Dr. Smith. He was awesome. Like I said I have a large fear of the dentist and he was very nice and made me comfortable. He me feel like he cared and he was going to keep my mind off what was happening with jokes and just talking to me. The office manager I believe she once. I don't remember her name but I think she was awesome to. Yes I have insurance but they don't pay the bill 100%. She was quick on what options I can use and it was so painless to figure out a plan to pay for everything I needed to get down. I would have to say my overall experience left me walking out with a very BIG smile. And I had teeth pulled. Thank You Lovett Dental - Hwy 6!!! more

Today i walked in for my dental visit i was tooken in fast. A dental assistant maria walked me in with a great attitude. She took my x-rays fast and walked me in to see my dentist. Dr. Smith has great humor and gives honest opinions . He always has an answer for my questions and seems like a wise man , i have no cavities which is good because i came in for treatment from last time and they havent failed yet which is awsome. more

Great Service, Long Wait 7/31/2011

The front desk staff and the lady that took my xrays, and the guy that numbed my mouth all brinking on rude...BUT the dentist himmself was great. There was not much customer service going on with anyone but him, and I had to wait a LONG time before I finally go to see him- glad I brought a book- but he was nice and explained everything and he made me want to go back to th dentist! more
