Louis' is the best greasy spoon joint - period. I had the spinach pie, for $3.25 - I got 2 big chunks of cheesy spinach yumminess drenched in sauce. Waitress was fast, friendly ...

Family-run diner 8/16/2005

A family-run diner, Louie’s restaurant is a great place to have breakfast. With the menu consisting of the traditional breakfast fares ranging from eggs, sausages, and toasts to a variety of pancakes, Louie’s is a good place to start off your day considering it is open very early in the morning. The diner is small and the waitresses are friendly. Although the service is not so fast, the food is pretty good considering the price. If you’re looking for a place where the locals go to for good and cheap breakfast, this is the place to be. What it lacks in its décor, Louie’s Restaurant more than make up for it with its old-time diner atmosphere and friendly ambience. more

good greasy diner 8/9/2005

Greasy diner that is good for early breakfast. It has a dumpiness feeling, which is also its charm. It is open early so it is a good place to go if you have been up all night. It is family-run with friendly and somewhat odd people. The pumpkin pancakes are delicious. The prices they charge seem inconsistent. Check it out if you've never been. more
