After several bad salon experiences upon moving to Atlanta, I was finally referred to Ginger by an acquaintance with amazing hair. She does a great job...cut, color, etc, and the prices are nothing short of amazing. It's sort of difficult to find (it's at the bottom of a house converted into an office building on Ponce), but it's well worth it. The atmosphere is eclectic, relaxing and cozy; this is a place to get a quality haircut, amazing color, and good service. If you are sick of the pretentious and cookie-cutter atmosphere of other salons, please come here. Everyone I have sent here has been pleased. The only small thing...to make an appointment, you have to leave a message on an answering machine, and sometimes you get cut off or have to call back. Ginger usually calls you back within the day to schedule. Great salon! Pros: Great cuts and color, amazing service, decently priced especially for the quality! The salon has a very comfortable and fun feel. Ginger was recommended and the recommendation was right on target. The haircut was fantastic - you need to see her and you need to book ahead - After your visit you will understand why she stays so busy. more

This hair salon is a great find. Part of a house-turned-office-space on Ponce de Leon, the salon is private, cozy and creatively decorated. Since there are only two stylists, you never feel like youre on display. Ginger is the owner and gives fantastic cuts that arent outrageously priced ($40 for women).
