I eat at this place very frequently. I have always received good service here, despite being white (sorry, but to my experience if you are white often times staff are rude to you in Asian establishments). This is my favorite place to eat dim sum in the Seattle area. It is always fresh, with a good variety, pleasant staff, clean dishes, fast service.
They have great shaomai, lo mai gai, shrimp dumplings etc. Sometimes the bao is different, and I think it depends who is making it, but its never different in a gross way. Just a different flavor ratio sometimes.
The only thing I don't like that much here is their taro/daikon cakes (not sure which they use). They are usually too mushy. A few times on the weekdays the food has been a bit cold on some dishes, but still not gross.
The cost seems to even out to about $10 per person no matter what dim sum dishes we get. I <3 this place.
Pros: good food, good service, good price
Cons: none really
