Friendly staff, but it took forever to get a pair of glasses. Office looks unfinished and thrown together. Pros: Friendly office staff Cons: slow turn around on glasses

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor is amazing. He spent a good amount of time during my appointment instead of rushing on to the next one, answering all my concerns and questions. more

Wonderful Place 9/16/2011

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. more

They have the most amazing deals for contacts. They always have the supplies that I wanted. Also when I want to add something to my contact prescription they add it without fees. I change it all the time. Thanks. more

I always told myself nothing was wrong with me so I don't have to wear glasses or contacts but they made me feel comfortable to wear it. I just love it. There are so many different kinds and it feels like there's nothing. I love it. Thanks for talking me into it. more

WORST SERVICE IN NASHVILLE AREA 1/16/2009

Jessup does sub standard exams and then when you have to go back to get readjusted you wait for hours!!! My friend purchased glasses and frames and Jessup's tech messed up and jessup refused to give refund. Bottom Line: DON'T GO!!!!! Cons: bad exams-long waits-does not back up his Tech's work more
