I've used them for a couple of years and found them consistently fast, competent, reasonably priced and good at explaining what's wrong and what they want to do. A real Ann Arbor ...

good service 11/13/2005

Japanese auto is much cheaper than the original car dealer service. The labor is cheaper here. The store is not far away from central campus. You don't need to ask a friend to pick you up when you have you car served here. The bus stop is just outside the store. It won't take long for regular routine check. Highly recommended more

Cheap and fast 9/30/2005

The location is near the central campus. So you can have your car service there and walk back to central campus. The service fee is cheaper than the original car dealer. I didn't change the parts there, but my friend said the parts are cheaper there, too. The service is fast. It only taks a few hours to get my car back. more
