JRK Property Management does not value their customers or their employees. I have live in one of their apartment complexes for a total of eight months and have watched the office staff change numerous times. As a result of the company not being able to hold on to their employees for what ever reason, the staff never has a chance to truly understand their jobs and the company?s policies, and therefore have no clue what they are doing, and as a result the tenants pay. It appears that they are a company with no business sense at all! In fact they are down right ignorant in regard to business. If they keep their current policy of fire the staff at the drop of a dime, and over charge the customer thinking they are stupid to notice attitude, the only type of customers that are going to be willing to work with them is the one that will tear their property up and not fulfill leases. Shame on you Owner and employees of JRK, your business practices will eventually catch up with you.
Pros: None!
Cons: Office staff changes every other month, leading to employees that are not well trained, and as a result have terrible attitudes!
