JRK Property Holdings

I have been under JRK Managing my apartment complex for about 2 years and there morals for there tenants are inevidable. They do not care about who stays in there property and they really dont care how they treat you and are tremendously cheap when it comes to upgrade or anything else. I have lived in my apartment for 10 yrs and the people that works for them have no expierence and dont know what they are doing for the most part and there attitude is shot. I have had nothing but unhappiness with the management and I really wish I could break my lease and move. They dont want to upgrade or make the apartment complex kid suitable you have kids running all over the parking lot with nothing to do. They have no entertainement for them selves but it is enough land to make a whole lot happen they are just to cheap and want to charge an arm and leg for rent. They are nuts but you get my point from this message if i continued I would write a book. Pros: Worst Property Management ever exsisted Cons: Will never move in another apartment that deals with them more

JRK Property Management does not value their customers or their employees. I have live in one of their apartment complexes for a total of eight months and have watched the office staff change numerous times. As a result of the company not being able to hold on to their employees for what ever reason, the staff never has a chance to truly understand their jobs and the company?s policies, and therefore have no clue what they are doing, and as a result the tenants pay. It appears that they are a company with no business sense at all! In fact they are down right ignorant in regard to business. If they keep their current policy of fire the staff at the drop of a dime, and over charge the customer thinking they are stupid to notice attitude, the only type of customers that are going to be willing to work with them is the one that will tear their property up and not fulfill leases. Shame on you Owner and employees of JRK, your business practices will eventually catch up with you. Pros: None! Cons: Office staff changes every other month, leading to employees that are not well trained, and as a result have terrible attitudes! more
