I have been under JRK Managing my apartment complex for about 2 years and there morals for there tenants are inevidable. They do not care about who stays in there property and they really dont care how they treat you and are tremendously cheap when it comes to upgrade or anything else. I have lived in my apartment for 10 yrs and the people that works for them have no expierence and dont know what they are doing for the most part and there attitude is shot. I have had nothing but unhappiness with the management and I really wish I could break my lease and move. They dont want to upgrade or make the apartment complex kid suitable you have kids running all over the parking lot with nothing to do. They have no entertainement for them selves but it is enough land to make a whole lot happen they are just to cheap and want to charge an arm and leg for rent. They are nuts but you get my point from this message if i continued I would write a book.
Pros: Worst Property Management ever exsisted
Cons: Will never move in another apartment that deals with them
