Customer Service Excellence! 1/14/2010

I rarely take the time to write a review on a company, but JB Factory Carpets really wowed me. They truely rolled out the Red Carpet for my husband and I. Our experience was top notch from beginning to end, their pricing was competitive and their sales staff is knowledgable, polite and patient. Horrible experience! 7/18/2007

Please (please) beware. My wife and I paid thousands of $s to JB Carpets only to have them (1) unapologetically get the order wrong, (2) not return phone calls, (3) deliver our carpet 7 weeks late, and (4) cost 20% more than one of their closest competitors in Bellevue. We regret not doing our homework, getting their promises in writing (reading their contract), or shopping their prices. more
