My daughter and I went in for mani and pedi and were pleased with the service but the customer service were TERRIBLE! Three ladies worked on us and not one of them spoke to us- one lady put hand sanitizer on me first, they never said what they were doing- very overpriced and BIG BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (INCLUDING THE CHECKOUT) more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't spend the money on a shellac manicure, because it doesn't last longer than a week and the manager will do nothing to resolve the situation of an extremely disappointed customer. \r more

I've been a loyal client to Isle PediSpa for quite some time now and I love everything about it. You don't go all the time, I recommend trying it at least once. It's clean, the staff are really nice and funny and you get a great pedicure! more

This spa is so wonderful. I had mani, pedi and waxing done today. All of technicians were friendly and professional. They let me know what they were doing and what the benefit was behind it. I tried this place after deciding to take a shot in the dark. Extremely clean. I definitely will be returning soon. more

The best place to go in Houston for manicures and pedicures. You feel like you are on a tropical vacation every time you go to Isle Pedispa. You have so many choices as to the type of soak and lotion you prefer. They are all excellent! It is a very, very clean environment. They sterilize all instruments - just like in a medical environment. All the staff is friendly - seem to genuinely care about your experience. I love the private alcoves - you can watch your own private tv. The Voss location has more suites and is full of bling - very happy here!! Voss location---LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Everyone is so friendly and the place is BEYOND clean. It may cost a little more, but you for sure get what you pay for. Since this location opened minutes from my house, I will never go any place else in Houston. more

I had a bachelorette party there, they rushed all of my party since it was at nighttime, and not one person that got a pedicure felt like the money paid was worth it. Then hoping it was gonna be better, we went there the day before my wedding. My friend scheduled out appt, when we came in and told them the specific pedicures we wanted they ""didnt have us scheduled for those types of pedicures"" how would we know that we had to request a type of pedicure if they didnt ask in the first place? even after the fact that I stated I was getting married the next day they DID NOT even try to fix the problem, and I ended up getting gel nails for my manicure, and a normal pedicure which didnt even match. the whole time the girl did my manicure she seemed pissed at having to service us, and didnt even finish with a massage (like its supposed to come with!) because of not having for her next appt. When I called a few weeks later to discuss with a manager, ""there was no manager on duty"" and when the person I spoke with didnt even bother having a manager calling me back. We will NOT EVER be giving this place business again. I dont care how up on the nail trends they are, the customer service was ridiculous. more

The treatments sound exotic and amazing but in reality are very run of the mill. Very disappointed and will never go again. more

Brought all the bridesmaids the day before my wedding for some pampering. Its a very cute place! The ""menu"" of pedicures is huge! We opted for the basic spa since I was paying for 6 of them. more

One of the finest nail salons in Houston! I had the most wonderful experience at this upscale salon. The gel manicures here last me about 3 weeks without any chipping or damage. I have tried other salons and the gel nails there do not last more than a few days and ruin my nails! They have the nicest staff that is always willing to accomodate me! :) more

Shocked by the last review! I was told that this was one of the best place to get your nails in town and I wasn't disappointed. Decided to get gels on my nails and it is amazing! Over 2 weeks and not a chip other than the fact that you can start seeing the new growth. My pedicure was very thorough and painless. The techs were very gentle. Great thing is they all speak English and very professional. Already made my next appointment. You do need to tell them in advance if you want gels so they can book enough time. Save your money! Go somewhere else. This is nothing special. We were rushed, the pedicures/manicures were not good. The ""massage"" lasted only seconds, the chairs are not comfortable, and though I had mentioned wanting a gel when booking two manicures and two pedicures, they could not accomodate. This is the ONLY place I go for pedicures! The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, and they use OPI, which I love. The only thing that isn't great is that they usually run 10-15 minutes late with appointments....this may not be a big deal for you, unless you are on your lunch break, which i usually am! I absolutely love this place, there couldn't be anything better out there. It's a place where I can actually breathe in, it smells nothing like those icky nail products. There are so many lovely choices, the pedicures, the manicures, the drinks, the nail colors. The girls were so nice and the pedicures are absolutely fantastic. I said I'd write a review if my polish on my toes lasted for more than a week and here I am, it's been 3 weeks and it still looks like I just walked out of there. I was really expecting another typical place, like where the girl wouldn't listen to me and just nod and smile, but I was really surprise when they all understood what I wanted and expressed their knowledge of everything. I recently tried Isle Pedispa as an alternative to my normal place and I thought it'd be nice to try the pedispa experience...wish I wouldn't have. It's not that the place was terrible...it wasn't, it just wasn't worth the price at all. Pros: Polite staff Cons: $$$$$$$ more

I have been going to Isle PediSpa for years and I love ALL the girls and Chris. Everything is sanitized and sterilized and they really pay attention to detail. I love going and getting a different pedicure everytime. All the amenities they offer make the experience even better. You honestly can't find a better place than Isle PediSpa.
