She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

Great experience. Customer focused and prompt service. Becky listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and came up with a cut that fits my lifestyle. Next appointment is already scheduled!! more

Appointment rescheduled 2/4/2012

Very disappointed. I was sent numerous emails to confirm appointment but was called that morning to reschedule from 4:00 to 1:00. I already had another appt. at that time then was offered 2:00. Excuse was my hairstylist was sick! I totally understand that things happen but was somewhat skeptical when several earlier times were offered. If she was so sick why was I offered appt. up to 2:00. I hope someone didn't just want to go home early on Friday! I was offered another stylist and she was fine but I sure hope this doesn't happen again! more

Overall, a pleasant experience. The room was a little cool, and I should've mentioned it during the massage. When I brought it up during payment, I was compensated for the inconvenience. Great customer service! I will go again! more

Run don't walk to Rhett Mathews, Master Hair Colorit 2/3/2012

No need to go to Beverly Hills for the best colorist - he's right here in Tulsa at the Marilyn Ihloff Salon. Rhett Mathews is Tulsa's version of Louis Licari in New York. I have lost count of the number of times people stop me to tell me how much they love my hair - I always tell them - it's because of my stylist, Rhett Mathews. He gives the best cut and color - and the never-ending compliments are the proof. Plus he's charming and gentle to my oh-so-sensitive scalp. Love him!! more

Like being at a resort while staying in town! 1/31/2012

Don't spend the time or money to leave town - we have the perfect spa right here in Tulsa! I had only been in the Ihloff location at Utica Square to pick up Aveda products on occasion (which are a treat unto themselves)but my 80 minute hot stone massage with Laura on Monday was an absolute luxury!!! more
