I just had my second appointment with my new hairstylist. I am pleased with the cut/color abilities she has, however I am not pleased with the waiting. Both times after my haircolor is applied she has a cut to do. I understand that, but when I sit for 40 min. waiting to get the dye washed from my hair, and a young-lady provides that service, then I am led to a chair for another 20 min. wait until the "cut" is styled and the requested changes in areas are accomplished. I feel that for the money spent, I am not shown the courtesy of keeping me on time. I feel irritated instead of relaxed after the ordeal.
