ZaZa Houston makes the Hilton of America in Downtown Houston look like a Motel 6. Hotel ZaZa is AMAZING! Everyone from Valet, Concierge, Front Desk, ZaSpa, Room Service, and Management made my wife and I feel like Royalty. They made this Anniversary our best Ever. You are now and forever our Hotel. Comments My husband and I stayed with you all on Saturday night, February 26th for the Karaffa dinner and dance. While getting ready for the evening, my husband realized he left the ties for his suit at home. Recognizing this was a long shot, I went down to the Concierge and asked if you all had a gift shop that sold men's ties. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who was your Concierge that evening but I have to tell you know how impressed I was when he jumped into action to see if he could scrounge up a tie that would match my husbands suit that we could borrow for the evening. After a short while he appeared with a tie in hand that matched my husbands suit (I think he took it off one of the manager's) and instantly our problem was solved. This was our first time to stay in your hotel and I have to say how impressed we were with the level of service we received while staying at Hotel ZaZa. Your Concierge was attentive, professional and genuinely interested in helping us solve our problem. We will definitely be back! Not only is Hotel ZaZa a beautiful hotel, but you have fabulous folks on staff. Our sincerest thanks for making our experience so lovely. more

This was for my wife's birthday and we had a perfect time!! We were looking for something-somewhere to just get away...if only for a day..this was it. It looks like every other month now. We live just an hour north but felt thousands of miles away!! Thanks more

My girlfriends rented a awesome themed suite for the weekend it was so plush so hip We loved it ! the staff was awesome and we have now found our new getaway spot! The food the staff the rooms the drinks the location the decor everything was just perfect!!! We had the best time ever! more

We stayed at the ZAZA in one of the themed suites .... We thought it would be okay to splurge a little (okay, maybe a lot) since in was New Years Eve! We stayed in the room called "It Happened One Night." The room was phenomenal, great views of the Museum District and Herman Park. The decor was modern, but ultra comfortable. I didn't find a thing that I would have changed in the room, it was beautiful and my pictures definitely don't do it justice. The service at the hotel was great, everyone was super friendly and eager to help you, in fact they really wouldn't let you lift a finger. verall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!! FABULOUS!!! more

I enjoyed my stay very much and everyone was very nice to me. My overall experience was exceptional. Vincent and Larry were so nice and accommodating, so were the guys that worked up front, they were all so helpful. The Monarch dining was excellent. more

Considering that I grew up in Houston, I never knew what a fabulous "vacation" I could have in my hometown, thanks to Hotel ZaZa. Since I live/work overseas, I wanted to book a nice hotel for my visit to Houston, and I was very lucky to have come across this hotel before it even opened. From the initial booking, the service was impeccable! Originally, I booked for a petit King, but due to change of plans I needed a bigger room. When I contacted the hotel through email, not only did they graciously oblige, they also gave it to me for the same rate as the petit King. From the moment we arrived, the staff was more than accommodating. They went above and beyond most 5 star hotels in getting us what we needed. The hotel was extremely stylish, the rooms beautiful, and the amenities were also a perfect touch. We loved the unique small pillows, the Bulgari bathroom sets, the 42" screen plasma TV! We spent the last day at the pool after we had already checked out, and the atmosphere and surroundings are like you are in some vacation hot spot. The pool is a bit small, but the surrounding more than makes up for it. The pool area also has private outdoor bungalows that are beautifully decorated. My experience at Hotel ZaZa was one of my best stays in a hotel. The only thing I think they could work on is the service at their bar/lounge. The service was extremely slow. We must have waited about 30 minutes for someone to even come to our table. Other than that, I thought their overall staff and service were magnificent! more
