BAD SERVICE, SMART ASS FRONT DESK PERSON, TALKED DOWN TO US AS IF WE WERE DOGS. WE DID NOT EVEN STAY . THE ROOM WE WERE CHECKED INTO WAS SMELLY AND HAD NOT BEEN DUSKED IN WEEKS OR MONTHS. CALL THE FRONT DESK TO ADIVSE OF CONDITIONS OF THE ROOM, SMARTY SAID" WELL IT IS A HOTEL AND WE ARE HERE TO GIVE YOU A PLACE TO STAY. THIS IS NOT THE HILTON"..BAD FRONT DESK SERVICE AND BAD HOTEL. OVERALL THIS AREA IS JUST PLAIN BAD. WE LEFT THE HOTEL AND GOT THE SAME BAD SERVICE AT THE HILTON. RUDE HOUSEKEEPING, RESTAURNAT SERVICE WAS RUDE AND VERY OVER PRICED. OVERALL STAY AWAY FROM RALEIGH/DURHAM.....GO SOME WHERE ELSE. THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES WOULD GIVE BETTER SERVICE AND YOU KNOW THEY WERE NOT IN THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY.
