Nobody does it better 11/29/2014

My old GMC Yukon was sputtering and running rough and my goal was to get it fixed and sell it. But when I drove away after the repairs at HVAS I think I may have a keeper. I know that Brent and his team will be my go-to place for the most courteous, effective, auto repair in Middle Tennessee. more

Quick Service, friendly, bit pricey 11/25/2014

I had a good experience hillsboro village auto service. Dropped my car off at 8:15 and it was ready before lunch and I know there were at least 5 cars ahead of me. The desk agent was very nice and friendly, they also called me and let me know that my car was ready. My only critique was the price, which I felt was a little bit high for an oil change. I typically get oil changes in the $35-40 range, but spent $52. All things considered, I would recommend. more

Knowledgeable staff with excellent time management skills. I was able to get same day service and a time frame for when the car would be ready for pickup. This sure beats waiting around at the dealership for hours with no updates. more

Great Service & Honest People 11/19/2014

I work down the street from Hillsboro Village Auto Service - so I regularly drop my car by there for general services and advanced issues, too. Everyone there is friendly and the staff takes time to explain details about auto repair needs in a manner understandable to a non-auto-expert. They are honest folks - they contacted me to alert me to an issue with my car which they were unable to repair at the shop, without taking my car apart and charging me to tell me they couldn’t do it. Great Auto Shop! more

Staff is very nice however, the problem with my car is not fixed. I came in to have an oil leak fixed and it is still leaking oil -- maybe more than before. I am bringing it back in Tuesday. Thanks! Normally I would give 5 stars…. more
