Excellent Auto Service Company - Friendly & Honest 9/27/2016

I've been coming to HVAS for several years for oil changes, tire rotations, and general vehicle maintenance. And - Definitely plan on continuing to go there! I work right down the street so I can drop my car off and walk back to work. Super convenient! Brent is awesome - he always takes the time to call me to inform me of issues he spots with my car before doing any additional work. They always get work done for me promptly - and they do an excellent job. HVAS is a small business that genuinely cares about providing honest and friendly service. more

Fast, fair and ethical 9/22/2016

I have a college student in Nashville and live 3.5 hours away. I was very concerned about a mechanic trying to take advantage of my kid. To be honest, I researched Hillsboro Village Auto and read about 40 reviews on them before sending my daughter over for a Jeep Patriot alternator repair. They treated her with respect, gave her a fair repair quote and had the Jeep back up and running by the end of the day. I did double check their quote with my local mechanic and Hillsboro gave a fair estimate. If needed, I'll use them again and will recommend them to other friends in Nashville. more

I returned to HIllsboro Village Auto Service for some follow-up maintenance and was again very pleased with the speed and quality of service. The staff is extremely helpful in ensuring customers are satisfied, an estimated timeline of the work is helpful, and again, having a loaner car available is a huge win as I'd be stranded otherwise. Will continue to recommend Hillsboro Village Auto Service to others and will return when needed. more

I was there for 90,000 mile service 9/2/2016

...and knew, vaguely, what is often recommended...a lot of service! Jennifer calmed me when I dropped the car off, assuring me that Brent would look first and do only what was needed. That's exactly what happened, leaving me (again!) so grateful for HVAS and the friend who recommended them to me. more

happy with my experience 8/28/2016

It's not their fault my car is old and needs more work than i would hope it does. But they were straightforward with me, communicated regularly throughout the day, and got my car taken care of. When I was still concerned about some squeaking, they quickly took my car back in, identified the (very minor) issue and got it all turned around. more
