I was so impressed by my entire experience at this spa! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with the utmost respect by the staff in an environment that was not only spotless, but friendly and inviting. I think they really put forth the effort to make us feel comfortable, relaxed and special! We have recommended this location to everyone we know! more

Wonderful Experience 1/31/2006

I normally go to another spa, but I decided to give Herbana a try. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. You can't tell how nice it is from the parking lot, but once I walked in I felt like I was some place special... there's a waterfall, palm trees, and it smells great. I love the hot tub room with the stars on the cieling!! I got the Natural Beauty Ritual Pacakge (all day) which included almost every service they had, and every therapist was wonderful. The made me feel as if they had all day to spend with me, and I was never rushed. Best of all ... the FACIAL! Again, the aromatherapy was fanatastic and of course my skin felt great. Not impressed 1/29/2006

I received a package gift certificate for Christmas. The strip center setting threw me off, but after my first spa bath treatment I could almost forget about the setting and looked forward to the next part of my package. I ended up waiting forever in a tiny room in an uncomfortable chair - could not even put up my feet. I had to find the bathroom myself, and someone eventually came by to say my next treatment was coming up. I ended up staring at the ceiling tiles and playing with the coasters on the table. After finally getting through that treatment I was sent to the pedicure place where staff thanked me for coming as though that was the end - I asked where my facial was. I got the facial but at the expense of my pedicure. I was disappointed and irritated by the time I left. more

My facial was complete HEAVEN! For Valentine's Day I'm asking man for Herbana spa treatments for two right up front. It beats a dinner date any day! Pros: soothing, nice atmosphere, great location more

Everything is great, from the facials to the pedicures. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Truly a relaxing place to go for just a manicure and pedicure or even an all day package. I really recommend it to all! more

Just what I needed 1/8/2006

Thank you for giving me a much needed afternoon of R&R! After the holidays, I needed to be rejuvenated for the New Year and managed to get an appointment on New Years Eve! My massage and facial were incredible-complete relaxation! My afternoon was complete with a manicure and I felt like a new women for the new year! Great job on everything! Awesome Spa 1/5/2006

I have never been to a Spa before this one. It is really awesome. It smells great with the aromatherapy they have. The atmosphere is so relaxing!!! I have never had a facial until I went there. I started with the 30 min. one and fell in love and then had the Minkyti is wonderful I have not yet tried the others but plan on it. The hydrotherapy room is so cool and relaxing with the twinkling lights on the ceiling. If anything you should just come by and see that awesome place and take a deep breath. Facials for MEN!!! 1/5/2006

As a man, walking into a spa can make you feel a little uneasy but from the moment you get there, the entire staff made me feel comfortable. They also treat you as a long time client. I have never met a more friendly group of people. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The facial I received was more than I ever expected. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. Afterward, I felt I had more energy. This place has definitely got my business. I have recommended it to all of my family and friends. Second Time A CHARM! 1/2/2006

Since I loved Herbana the first time, my husband got me a gift card for Herbana as a Christmas gift. Once again, I was charmed by the friendly staff at Herbana. I got the reflexology.... FANTASTIC! And I got a Mynkyti Facial (has a seaweed mask)-- pretty sure I fell asleep at some point. These people are soooo nice; they really know how to make you feel relax and pampered. This is one of the best days spas I ever been too (and I've been to a few!). Anybody out there that is considering trying this spa... Just try one thing, YOU'LL BE HOOKED. Paradise from the rush of today 12/22/2005

While vacationing in Houston, I needed to just relax and unwind for a day, I was so fortunate to find the Herbana Day Spa in Clear Lake. The staff was professional and demonstrated their expertise in all aspects of the complete package that I had purchased. I did spend most of my day there from about 10 AM to 3 PM with a nice lunch provided and I did not mind as I felt like Queen Elizabeth when I walked out the door. This was an excellent experience and I can definitely say that the skill level is far above average. We come are from Orlando and felt we had the best, but Herbana is a cut above the average and I will definitely return when in the Houston area -- JWK-Orlando Pros: Great atmosphere, Professional Staff, Experts in care Cons: I had to leave, I would like to stay , They could not let me more

My ""MAN""icure 12/7/2005

I was a little afraid when my girlfriend told me she scheduled us for a manicure and pedicure. I thought, that's not very manly! But I completely changed my mind after my visit. I had an awesome time and I would recommend this spa to any man. This is definitly our new place. Who knows? Maybe next time I'll get a facial! My New Favorite Retreat! 11/15/2005

I can't believe Herbana is in CLEAR LAKE! I was used to going to River Oaks to find a nice day spa ... I was REALLY surprised to find that Herbana has the atmosphere, service and most importantly professional staff that I am used to finding down town. The smells, sights, and sounds are FABULOUS! I love the Asian/tropical decor. I felt so pampered and relaxed when I left... I am definitely going to be a REGALAR AT HERBANA! Pros: Natural, Good prices, Friendly more

Herbana Natural Concepts was WONDERFUL! They have a great fountain running and beautiful music playing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered some of their Jasmine Tea. (I had to go out and get some of my own.) The massage was awesome, as was the facial and pedicure. My aching back and tired feet were no more. My face felt fresh, clean and smoothe. They use the Source Vital products that I love. On my second visit, I had one of their hydrotherapy soaks along with another massage. The soak was great! The twinkling lights on the ceiling and the aromotherapy were so relaxing. I was treated like a princess. I will definitely go back. It was a bit of a drive, but so worth it.
