What a fabulous color salon !!!! 1/8/2012

I recently tried a new colorist in Green Hills.I was pleasantly surprised. Charity helped me find the right color for my skin tone and gave me helpful suggestions to which color would best suit my budget. While I was processing i was watching the other colorists and they all seemed to be excellent at their craft. Charity made me feel that we had known each other our whole lives as well as the other staff. I was super relaxed and happy when i left. I will definitely be back. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Professional Salon for a Great Price 1/2/2012

I have been going to the Bellevue Heads Up for years and have always had an awesome experience. Their stylist have been there for years (no turn over) and are highly trained. I Love my hair style! Everywhere I go people stop me and and tell me how cute my cut and color is. Denise in Bellevue recommended my new style. She takes the time to understand what you like and what your hair will and won't do. Everyone in the solon was friendly and happy to be there. I highly recommend Heads Up!!! Jos?? was Perfect! 6/9/2011

This was my first time here and I walked in with fear in my heart waiting for a stylist to decide to take me. It was obvious that there was hesitation to take me as a walk -in, but then Jos?? stepped up to the plate and did an awesome job. Don't hesitate to ask for Jos??. He did exactly what I asked with minor adjustments and recommendations based on his excellent observations. I will definitely be back and will ask for him! Very pleased with the cut! more

Horrible Experience 8/1/2010

This business has a great location and that's all it has going for it. The stylist who cut my hair did a horrible job and then the salon almost overcharged me. She seemed to be very interested in the fact that I was not from the area since she has lived here for over 50 yrs...could just be coincidence that she botched my hair up. Layers are uneven and coarse. My ends are in worse shape then when I entered the salon. If you must go, pay close attention to who you end up with as well as the bill. Pleasantly Surprised 4/16/2010

I was desperate for a cut and didn't have time to wait for my usual stylist, so I decided to try Heads Up for the first time. I saw Austin, and I got a great cut! Walked out feeling much better than I felt when I walked in : ) I would return for future cuts. Pros: Walk-ins allowed, reasonable prices, good cut Cons: Shampoo area is hectic and less relaxing than I like more

Heads up is a great way to get a wonderful cut, style, or coloring for an affordable price. There is always someone there to take your appointment. You can walk in or make an appoint met. I highly reccomend Kathy Kemp. The people here are friendly, it makes getting your hair done fun and easy. more

Best Haircut Ever 12/3/2006

I don't know about all of the stylist here, but I just had a hair cut from Brittni and she's absolutly awesome! She did exactly what I wanted , and more! I left feeling like I had just spent a lot of money at one of those high class salons! I would definitly recommend her to anyone that needs a great cut and style for not such a high price! I can't really speak for all the stylists...but Hilary is awesome. Ask for her. However, she works at the Elliston location on Saturdays. Very personable and does a great job! more
