I got involved in a fender bender. I was going to have my car fixed at the dealership where I brought my car, but i was referred to Harris County Body Shop for repairs from Geico. When I arrived, I met the manager Mr. Dan outside working. This is the manager of the shop working! I was greeted by Petra. She really helped me to the point that I knew exactly what I was getting done in a matter of minutes. She even went through a review of all items a person may need from their old car when they are getting a rental. She reminded me several times about my clicker that i needed to get into my home. I didn't forget it. Diane and Diana really were sweet women who knew what they were doing and they made me feel at home. Gilbert really took the cake! He was outside helping me with my car. He was on call to answer all of my questions and He made me feel like that I was his only body shop customer. Robert from Enterprise went and found me a Jeep instead of the small compact car. Erica was really helpful in handling my information. This whole shop needs to be commended on the professionalism, the attention to detail and most of all the crisis management. It's easy to render good customer service when all is well. My weather strip on my door needs to be readjusted. I called and talked to Petra yesterday and she said to bring my car in with the warranty and they will take care of it no problems. I feel like I've known these people all my life. I don't want to have another accident, but if anyone has an accident and they need body work I will definitely refer them to Harris County Body Shop. more

Brockadong has an interesting review. So they are holding up your car repairs because they don't have the clips to hold on the bumper. Interesting indeed. \r \r So now that my bumper fell off because it didn't have enough clips, as did my flares when they first did the work, they tell me I must have had a collision and didn't know it. HA! This place is garbarge STAY AWAY....and shame on Geico for referring it's customers to them! \r \r P.S. Printing out the comments for my attorney! more

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!\r \r Just to start I want to let everyone know i only gave the 1 star rating because apparently thats the lowest...as far as im concerned from my experience with this business there should be negative star ratings. I'll be honest i havent even gotten my car back and its been over 3 weeks!!! this is after Renee telling me its going to be 1 to 2 weeks, after week 1 I call to get an update and i find out ooo its gonna be a week longer because of ordering parts so now we are at 2 weeks and apparently every day they wake up they realize they need to do something else...well here we are at week 3 and its supposed to have been completed by today according to his previous update a week ago...now today they just realized they needed to order clips/brackets to hold the front bumper....HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW THAT YOU WERE GOING TO NEED THOSE?!?! are you f*&$ing kidding me...thats what was messed up from the beginning!! needless to say now its supposed to be done by maybe monday thats 4 more days! and also to back up cary77018 the first impression is horrible cause one of the papers you sign is making you responsible for anything left in your car...now does that tell you something about the business! why should i have to worry? tell your bullshitt employees there job is over if they steal! i straight out told him that i didnt have room all my stuff in the taxi i had take me home and that if i found that something was missing from my car that there would be consequences! period ill let you know how it ends up...that is all\r \r ooo and ps...this place is the worst body shop ever, just to be clear more

STAY AWAY!!! 12/15/2009

Since my insurance company's adjustor was already there on-site and because she recommended them, I let them do the body repairs. Since my adjustor was backed up with appointmens and the body shop seemed to be shorthanded that day, I was rushed through the process of leaving my car with thjem and find a ride home. So rushed, that I forgot to remove my (VERY WELL HIDDED) stash of ""emergency cash"". The next day I remembered not getting it but thought, ""Surley they'll not look there... There's no reason for them to go snooping in that spot (or ANY spot for that matter). Yeah, you already know the outcome. When I picked up the car, it was gone. Since It was my fault for leaving it there, I didn't say anything to them at the time and took responsibliity for it. However, a few months later, my boyfriends car was in an accident & needed body repairs done, so we took it back to them. This time, he forgot to take our camera out of the glove box. Yeah, you guess right again. When we got the car back, it was gone. I then called the shop & spoke with the manager and informed him if BOTH thiefts. He seemed upset & told us that he's have a meeting with his workers about this. A few days passed, when we received a relieved yet reluctant call back from the manager. He told us that he'd asked the party to come forward and return camera and no questions would be asked. Well, a camera was returned.... BUT IT WASN'T OURS. I think I've made my point. PS: The body shop did NOT persue the mater any futher. more
