This was a great afternoon on the water - a perfect San Diego day! There were lots of dolphins playing in our wake and gray whales gently gliding past in pairs. I loved being in a small fishing boat vs one of those large ones and we had great staff. It was perfect in every way! more

This fish was caught on the premier on the 16th of July It was her first trip and the crew was amazing and was so helpful. It weighed a touch over 8 pounds. We took the 6:45 evening trip. more

I find that H&M offers some of the best fishing value in southern CA...value is not simply low price. The variety of trips offered, the quality of their boats, their experienced and friendly crews, their ability to locate fish, etc, etc, etc make H&M worth every penny I have ever spent fishing with them. If you want value BUYING fish, go to Costco. If you want value CATCHING fish, go to H&M!! more

This was a phenomenal experience! The crew and staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the various habitats. This whale-watching trip was a family trip (8 of us) we took with my dad, his grandchildren, basically the entire family. Despite the length of the trip, we all had a blast! I HIGHLY recommend taking/bringing sea-sickness medication which is available over the counter (non-drowsy) at your local pharmacy. I normally don't get sea-sick but after a few hours I did, and the pills did the trick. On the boat, you could easily tell who took the pills and who didn't....those that did spent the day taking photos and enjoying the beautiful weather. Also don't forget SPF lotion regardless of the weather, layers of clothes (it gets cold despite the sunny weather), a beanie (for your head), and some food (sandwiches) because you'll get hungry. They do sell burgers/hot dogs and snacks on the boat. My niece and nephew ages 6 and 12 enjoyed the entire trip and were exhausted by the end. There is ample seating throughout the boat. We saw numerous whales, seals, dolphins, rare birds, etc. more

My Wife and I took the 1/2 day fishing trip. We brought home about 8 pounds of Sea Bass filets. We had a geat time. Worth every penny! more

Overall we were satisfied with the excursion. We picked a beautiful, sunny day. We got there a bit early and got great seats on the boat, in the back. We brought enough layers to stay warm. We really enjoyed the schools of dolphins and we did actually get to see a whale. more

We chartered a sixpack trip for 3700.00 for a day and a half trip.Started promising captin telling us we're Pros: not enough to mention Cons: did not get what we payed alot of money for more

Their policy of holding on to your credit card as a deposit for fishing rod rentals led to fraudulant activity on my credit card. While we were fishing for 5 hours, my credit card number was stolen and used in San Diego and in France to buy computer gaming software. Although the fishing trip was enjoyable, it certainly wasn't worth the time and effort to clear this up. more
