If the remainder of the Houston's family of restaurants takes over all dining at the CC Mall, this would be fine with me. Gulfstream, like its sibling restaurant Houston's, is good quality food at reasonable prices in a sometimes noisy but fun atmosphere. Many new waitstaff seem to be new to the business, but they do improve as you see them on repeat visits. The no-corkage policy adopted by Gulfstream restaurants generally does add value to the pre-movie dinner. So long as you don't presume that this is fine dining before going in, you'll probably be quite happy with the experience.
