I work in Century City so I have patronized Gulf Stream many times, probably at least 20. Although the food is generally good, the philosophy of this establishment is unacceptable. Anytime you ask for something slightly different from the menu, your request is rejected as if the restaurant knows what you want better than you do. (The only reason I have been a repeat customer over the years is because either a companion or group wants to go.)
