straight forward and quick 12/28/2011

Came in on 21st of DEc. Spoke with Chris Ibe. Salesperson stopped me at the entrance when I asked for John John he told me that he could help instead. After showing me a vehicle without giving a description of features or price he never returned my calls and directed me to call finance directly. After contacting finance and speaking with Chelsea who was very helpful she put me in contact with James who made the sales experience much more pleasant. He was straight forward and quick more
