Gulf Coast does not even merit classification as a third rate organization. It's run by the most unproffessional group of clowns ever assembled. You can never get anyone to answer the phones. Management will not answer calls and leave their voice mails full so messages cannot be left. Every problem is passed off to someone else until you're so sick of trying to get answers you just give up. The only thing they can be counted on to do is get their bills out on time. For a good indication of how unprofessional these clowns are give their office number a call and listen to how they answer the phone. The company name is not given, no one will give you their name. It's like you just called and woke someone up from a deep sleep. Pay the extra few dollars and contract with a reliable company. These clowns are to be avoided at all costs.
