I wasn't charged extra for an "after hours call", he wanted to stay and get the work done so He could have his schedule good for the next day. I think that says a lot about what costumer service means to this company! more

I guarantee that no one does it better than these guys. They're fast, efficient, and most importantly strictly proficient. They're available all the time. I remember when I called them to fix my garage door, they showed up an hour after I called. That just shows you how devoted and committed to each and every one of their customers. more

I highly recommend this company. We have several rental houses and have been using Greensboro Fastest Garage Door exclusively for at least 6 years now. They are always professional and friendly, but what brings me back again and again is their honesty. It is hard to find a company nowdays that does not try to oversell or deceive the customer. I pray that God continues to bless them as they have been a blessing to me. more

Very helpful and generous people 3/13/2013

I actually had Greensboro Fastest Garage Door install two separate wood surfaced, roll-up garage doors. The job went perfectly. What is most remarkable is that he did the job about two and a half years ago. He has stopped by occasionally to check on the doors. Last week was the most recent, checking to make sure his work was as good as when he did, it was, but he took the time to oil the wheels anyway...just in case. Where do you find that sort of quality and caring...Thank you.. more

Very nice team. I talked on the phone with the guy who was the representative of this company and he was very sweet and determined that i'd get the best out of my service with them. I had a garage door that needed to be fixed and the technical team that came to my house were very nice. Overall great service and wonderful customer service. more

it was so nice working with these Garage Door Repair. They were prompt and worked efficiently. They were also very nice and got the job done on time. They were able to get me the door I wanted and for the price I was willing to pay. Unlike other companies they were polite and affordable, and they worked very professionally. If it is one company I would recommend to hire it would be them. They truly are the best garage door maintenance and replacement company in all of this city. more

im amazed at the prices for the great service 2/6/2013

My Liftmaster opener failed. I opened it up hoping I could fix it myself, only to find shredded gears. Without the time or knowledge to work on it, I called Fastest garage door around midnight and left a message. He called me first thing in the morning and set up a visit a few hours later. Tech quickly made the repair and helped me to understand what caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I appreciate the helpful advice, reasonable price, and timely service. I will call Greensboro Fastest garage door in the future should I have any more trouble with my garage door. Thanks guys! more

Greensboro NC Fastest Garage Doorexpertly installed a new LiftMaster to replace the rapidly dying noisy old Genie which had served for 20 years. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. When you throw a very reasonable price into the mix, it makes Greensboro NC Fastest Garage Doora great choice. I was impressed! more

Excellent service - by that I mean the combination of integrity, experience, and responsibility. I'm a civil engineer by training and detailed oriented. Greensboro NC Fastest Garage Door was time-prompt with the estimate and work on replacing my broken coiled springs of my rolled-up garage door. Replaced a couple of roller brackets for free, tuned opener up, and explained the dos and don’ts of DIY maintenance (most of them makes sense). more
