DONT GO HERE!!!! I went here for a cleaning and spent 4 hours there....3hrs and 30minutes were in the waiting room. When you check in you stand there at their desk while the 5-6 ladies behind the desk ignore you. Not even a hello or smile. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance and making an appt to get my wisdom teeth out. They never even called to let me know my insurance had approved the surgery, I kept calling and leaving messages and they never called back to confirm. I made my appt at 7:30 (the first appt of the day)...needless to say I was STILL waiting in the waiting room 1 1/2 hours later to even go in. AND the front desk ladies were confused and asked ME which teeth they were pulling?!?! Isn't that their job to know?! They called me up to pay and it was $100 more than they had quoted me and I had to come up with in on the spot. After sitting in the waiting room pissed at the customer service, cost, and scared they didn't know which teeth they were pulling my husband and I got a refund and left!! more

The rudest front desk staff I have ever encountered. No smiles, no hellos or good-byes when you come in. When you call for an appt. it seems like you are inconveniencing them. It is a huge practice and just seems they care about getting people in and out and making the money. No real individual feeling, it just seems they really don't value you. You maybe spend 10 minutes at most with the dentist. My husband was running late for his appt. and didn't have time to stop at home to brush his teeth. He asked them for a toothbrush and toothpaste, they said they didn't have one to give him. Then one of the ladies went and found him a toothbrush, but didn't give him any toothpaste. WTH??? We have since left the practice. more

I recently had my first experience with this dental facility and I was horrified. When I walked in I wasn't even acknowledged. I stood their waiting for about 5 minutes for anyone of the 3-4 women behind the counter to talk to me. The wait time was not too bad. X-rays where taken of my teeth and I was taken into the exam. An older heavy set man passed by me and I smiled but he just ignored me. I figured well he can't be the dentist with that attitude but, to my surprise a few moments later the same man comes into the exam room and mutters hi. Then he sits with the assistant and starts making comments to his assistant about my teeth. I felt so out of place. The dentist should have spoken to me directly and only after I said excuse me did he ask me to turn my head so that he could talk to me. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO UNWELCOMED AT ANY DENTAL FACILITY LIKE I DID AT THIS ONE. They are rude, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional.
