Good: We have a nearly six month old baby and have been taking him to Pediatric Associates since his birth. He is our first child and of course, we take him to the doctor for every little thing. We have seen several of the physicians and have absolutely no problems with any of them. Each doctor we have seen picks up where the other left off, is patient, listens to all of our questions, and gives easy to understand answers. We never feel rushed and always leave feeling reassured about our child's health.. Bad: Yes, there can be a wait sometimes, but seriously, even with a long ago scheduled appointment what doctor's office doesn't have a wait?. Other: The stairs to the office are a pain especially with an infant in a car seat carrier..

I am 53 years old. I have seen a lot optomitrist in my life. Dr Gaterbaum is the best I've seen. My wife was unhappy with at least one of the receptionist. She will not go back, but I personally have only had good experiences with everyone in the office. I high recommend Dr. Gaterbaum to everyone.

Eddie and I LOVED the experience. Everything about it was great. The waiting area was calm and relaxing (and private). The room was cozy... The technician was very nice and explained everything to us. The size of the screen was awesome. The video came out great and we love knowing that now we are having a little boy.
I thank you guys so much for what you do and I'll be calling in the next month or so to set up my future 3D appointments.

Wide variety of Vet services. Best and safest boarding. My elderly dog developed an infection while I was out of state. They did the emergency surgery saving her life. When I returned they not only were spoiling my baby for me, they were more than willing to work out arrangements for the added expenses understanding that I just returned from a funeral. There level of compassion is unmatched! Their level of care is superb.

Dr. Day has been our Vet for 8 years. She is like Family. Our Family had to put down our beloved Pandora. Dr. Day sat and cried with us for our loss. She did the same for Zeggi. She always has our best interest at heart even when she tried to talk us out of buying a Jack Russell. Now she loves Daysie and treats her like her own. She let's Daysie lick her face and loves every minute of it. Dr. Day is versatile because she also Takes care of our Cat Nigel. You will love the treatment Dr. Day will give. The support staff is very friendly also.

We started going to Dr. Susla because our previous vet was too expensive for our 4 dogs.
This clinic has a great staff who always ask about our pets (by name) and call to follow up after a visit.
Dr. Susla is a great vet and takes the time to explain procedures and options. They do all standard vet services. They have 4 or 5 bays so there is rarely any waiting and it's not hard to get an appointment due to their extended office hours.

I really enjoy our pediatricians. Dr. Guyton is easygoing, reassuring and meticulous. Dr. Cardona is energetic and innovative, but careful. The remainder of the physicians and staff are also conscientious and observant.
I have two special needs kids and they always take the time and energy to understand what I'm after and guide me appropriately. That means I have to wait sometimes, but they are worth the wait. They have been there for me to rejoice at my kids abilities and gently support me when things have gone wrong. We have had many instances where we've faced life-changing medical news and I can't think of anyone who could deliver that news with more hope and care than this group. Whether it's the mundane developmental information or a serious issue they are always consistent and gentle, with a very low panic threshold. Because they don't overreact, I can act rather than react--which is much better for me and my children. I also know that they aren't likely to miss much, which keeps me from having to worry too much.
They are not intimidated by challenging technical questions, but I find I don't need to ask as many questions because of their thorough preparation. We have many different specialists and our pediatricians regularly do what they are intended to do: help us sort out what is important from what is trivial. I'm hard on doctors and they not only rise to the challenge, but they support me both technically and emotionally.
The practice is also large enough and broad enough to meet our needs at any hour of any day. More than once they have gone above and beyond the call to help us out in an emergency. I’ve never had a single insurance issue with them. They treat my kids like they were their own.
Out of all the doctors we see (and there are probably a dozen or more we see on at least an annual basis) it is comforting to know that the ones we need to see the most are the ones that I feel the most confident about. This group was recommended by a close family friend. That family has been with this practice for nearly 16 years and raved about them. I am so grateful to them because even what they said couldn't describe how great they are.

That is how every doctor's visit should be. The doctor was on time.
He took the time to answer all my questions. And the glasses, what a selection. I had 2 ladies help me with my glasses. My friends love my new glasses. Everyone was awesome. You have got to see it for yourself.
