DONT GO HERE!!!! I went here for a cleaning and spent 4 hours there....3hrs and 30minutes were in the waiting room. When you check in you stand there at their desk while the 5-6 ladies behind the desk ignore you. Not even a hello or smile. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance and making an appt to get my wisdom teeth out. They never even called to let me know my insurance had approved the surgery, I kept calling and leaving messages and they never called back to confirm. I made my appt at 7:30 (the first appt of the day)...needless to say I was STILL waiting in the waiting room 1 1/2 hours later to even go in. AND the front desk ladies were confused and asked ME which teeth they were pulling?!?! Isn't that their job to know?! They called me up to pay and it was $100 more than they had quoted me and I had to come up with in on the spot. After sitting in the waiting room pissed at the customer service, cost, and scared they didn't know which teeth they were pulling my husband and I got a refund and left!!
