I tend to prefer holistic treatment to straight up meds myself, I have no problem with that. The problem with Dr. Wadsworth is her attitude towards her patients, which is simply horrible. No matter what ailment brought you in, she will act as if you are the biggest time-wasting hypochondriac, question you mercilessly about your ""ailment"", then scoff at your answers. I avoided going to her unless absolutely necessary, but when I got pregnant with my son, I experienced such severe morning sickness that I had lost 18 lbs. by my third month, and couldn't even keep water down. I tried ginger ale, ginger pills, and saltine crackers (her recommendations) but nothing would stay down and I could barely walk for the dizziness and nausea. I went to her begging for help and she turned me out with the comment that I wasn't trying hard enough to get over it. That was it, I switched doctors who freaked at the weight loss, got me on Phenergen (an anti-nausea med) which got me back on track in less than two days, I could eat and 6 months later gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
The point is, we go to doctors when we are sick, sometimes scared, always seeking SOME kind of comfort and release from discomfort or pain. Dr. Wadsworth clearly has no use for a bedside manner or sympathy. She will inevitably make you feel like some junkie looking to score free dope even if you are dying of swine flu. Only go if you have extreme masochistic tendencies.
Pros: location
Cons: horrible, soul crushing experience
