I won't recommend those apartments!!\r Several people have issues with the manager - from lack of respect, screaming and her dishonesty.\r She doesn't even respect the signs of the facility - in regard pool or little gym. She closes or open the installations whenever she feels like it...\r In regard the contract - better be careful - they may ask you to sign it and latter on they will provide you with the copy - but that never will come to pass. So at the end she will screw you badly.\r Because they say things - but when it comes to reality they denied those things. (It will be your word versus hers).\r The manager is very dishonest - she will misplace, hide or discharge your written notices/letters.\r So better get a copy of all of them.\r Lucky me I recorded those conversations!!!!\r And better be careful - she has issues with other races. more

Nice complex, but the manager change sent this place downhill. Not worth the hassle, nothing gets done, and the manager does not return phone calls. Once the current manager is replaced this complex would be a great place to consider. 08/20/2010 more

The Garden Pointe Apartments are very nice. Every apartment that I've seen here was very clean and well maintained. The rooms aren't large, but just the perfect size to be comfortable. Great monthly rental rates and the manager is very nice and responds to any issues quickly! more
