I found these guys through a friend and then looked them up online. Didn't care for the website much but absolutely loved the company. I dealt with Taylor Roberts and Clarence, don't remember his last name, but wow was I suprised. My husband and I will calls these guys for anything construction related. They really put the customer first and explained everything to us. They even had a supurb sheet rock guy they called over. We had 4 bids before the referral, and I thank God I waited. Our entire damage from the storm was estimated from $18,500 to one company's $24,000, Insurance came close to the $18k with $16,900. Taylor was able to call a few people and not only was the work done and we can't tell there was even damage, but he was able to save me an additional $300. I think there are a lot of people taking advantage of us homeowners due to the storm, and Taylor and Clarence are genuinely honest people that care about others. Thats why I told him I would do everything in my power to help their company grow. I wish them all the best and will def call if I hear of anyone who needs help. Dina and Thomas B. more

You guys had replaced 1050' of fence around the Fry Road HOA and the board and homeowners could not be happier with the high quality of work performed. Not only did your company come in $75K less then than the previously bid company, you all finished the job in 6 day when the other company quoted that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to finish the job. Not to mention the bid the replacement linear footage @ 1580' when we measured 1050'. Job well done, a great suprise with all the scamming being done since Ike! . more

I had several bids from roofing companies in regards to my roof, but they were the only company to actually get on my roof and give me a free inspection. I was initially denied, but the guy Brennan who came out explained how I could still file a claim and get a re-certification inspection from my insurance company. Once I got a claim #, the rep met the adjuster at my house and showed her all the problem areas. Next thing I am approved for a new roof! Thank you for you assistance. Pros: No Doubt Cons: None more

First of all my Ultimate Roof contact, Brennan, was the guy I started with at the beginning and the last guy I dealt with after doing the final walk-through. Actually, I never dealt with anyone but Brennan through the course of the estimate until the roof was finished. The crews showed up at the break of dawn and did not leave until dark. The clean up was beautiful, I would have never know anyone had been there...at least my flower beds. They were tarped during the take off process, so no damaged occured. This a GREAT company! I had several bids and while theirs was not the cheapest, I am so glad that we hired them.They renegotiated twice with our adjuster and got enough back to fix our fence,garage door and a few other things.Our roof looks great we could not be more pleased!! Ultimate Roof Builders are the best!!! The owner, Taylor Roberts, approached us about replacing our roof and I was thinking, ok.......another bid from another contractor wanting work. Man was I wrong. If I had to say one thing about this company, it would have to be customer service. I have never met a more organized, friendly and honest contractor and crew since I've been a home owner. During the entire process, I never once felt uncomfortable or uneasy about the price or work being performed. My roof was completed in a day and half and you would have never even known they were there!! The cleanup and professionalism was way beyond my expectations and the roof is beautiful. If you are still deciding on a roofing contractor, you need to look no further. This company is an absolute pleasure to work. I am a property manager for the Sundown HOA in Katy, and I am thoroughly satisfied with not only the price quoted for the job, but the actual construction of the fence. My original bid that I had done by one of our preferred vendors gave us a cost of replacing 1580' of wood fence of $125K to be finished in 8 weeks. The Ultimate Builders measured the same replacement @ 1150', and a replacement cost of $59K to be finished in 7 days. They finished in 6 days at a reduced cost of $56,500, allowing us to shave $2,500 off our final payment amount. Does this ever happen in my world.............HECK NO! I manage over 50 properties and I will recommend the Ultimate Builders for any job they need done! I will be recommending them to all of my homeowners for any fence, roof or contracting needs they may need. Pros: very friendly and offered lowest price first....did not need to negotiate more

Man, all I have to say is WOW! These freakin guys knocked on my door on a Sunday afternoon and offered a free estimate on my blue tarped roof. I was already working with 2 other companies, but I was having problems with my insurance wanting to pay for the amounts I was being quoted. I had 3 bids, one of $15K, one of $13.9K and another of $13.4K. My insurance company only sent me a check for $5,993. after they deducted my depreciation and de-ductable. The next thing I know this guy from ultimate builders is on the phone with my adjuster explaining the deminsions of my roof and something about pitch and how they had not measured enough to do the re-roof completely. After the conversation he told me that my insurance company was going to send me a supplemental check for $1700 once a certificate of completion was provided by the roofing company. That gave me a total of $7693 payment from the insurance company and then what totally blew me away was the $8800 price I got from them to do the exact same job that the other companies were quoting $4K and $5K more. Needless to say we chose them and could not be happier about the job performed. They passed the insurance companies inspection on the first time and finished in 1 1/2 days. I did not find a single shingle or debris in my yard after they left, as a matter of fact they raked out my flower beds that were loaded with pine needles. I was so happy to find this company, especially online. Working with those guys made me have faith in the construction industry again. I was impressed to say the least. Not only was the comapny the best price, I really feel that they had the best service. I have told several of my friends and family and all have thanked me for such a good job referring them. They do other stuff besides roofs and they are not price gouging people either. Best experience I have ever had with contractors. Pros: most everything Cons: a little smaller company than I had in mind. more
