Avoid The Futon Shop! 11/26/2011

Good: They are quick to sell you something, anything, to get your money. A short time later when you realize their products are complete crap and not worth the money you also find out they refuse to let you return anything and they have no warranty. Suzanne, the owner, will blame YOU for the problems and refuse to do anything about it.. Bad: EVERYTHING!!!! They are awful to deal with and their futons are horrible.. Improvements: I would love to see them close!. Other: AVOID The Futon Shop.. more

The Futon Shop 12/16/2005

For those looking to add a futon to their furniture collection it is worth stopping by The Futon Shop. They have a varied selection including many styles that don't scream out "FUTON" (look more like a couch). Prices are fairly high however they are often having "sales" to knock prices down further. Nice showroom - spacious. more

Pricey but lots of interesting frames 8/4/2005

Better selection than all the other chop shop futon stores around town. You have the standard metal and wood frames everyone has, but there's some pricier and more stylish designs in their store. Showroom is well lit and spacious, and the staff is friendly. Parking seems OK. If you have some money to throw around on futons, then this is the store, although you could buy some real furniture for the same price. more
