Great customer service and great people. I would recommend this shop to everyone, they are honest and fair.. Also they are open until 8pm and they will take cars until people stop...

Worst

They "fixed" our brakes, charged us $170, a month later the same problem appeared, we came with original receipt to ask to look at it and they wanted to charge $50 just to look at...

new tires 6/26/2008

Firestone had an add in the papers offering special purchase tires. I called to see if my size was available. The gentleman said they wew all gone and no more would be stocked. My question to you is,why would you post an add and then say you have no more times. I received the add today and called two of your stores. That is false advertising which means Firestone could be liable to be sued. \r For your information my tire size is p235 70 r15. Would appreciate a response. more

Complete Crooks and Liars 5/22/2008

Theives! I went to this location because it was on my way to work and I had a screw in my tire. I was told not only that they couldn't patch it but I would need a NEW tire. I left because if I was going to have to buy a new tire I was going to buy it from the guys who regularly take care of our cares. Eric at Tires Plus on Piedmont looked at the tire, pried out the screw, and determined that it hadn't even punctured my tire. My tire was perfectly fine. Stay away from the crooks at Firestone and save yourself a ton of money! Women, beware. more

Firestone 6/22/2005

Firestone is a good place to get tires or get a repair, very quick and easy and prices are reasonable. Friendly customer service and they dont keep your car forever, usually done with in a few hours depending on how busy they are. more

Great Auto Service 6/10/2005

This place can wonders to your car. I had to get my tires replaced and my oil changed and this was the best place to do it. They replaced my tires for a really low price and changed my oil for almost nothing either. They have some really nice people who work here and they make you feel comfortable while they fix your car. I stayed while they fixed it and they were nice and kept my good company. more

Professional service at a fair price 6/6/2005

I came in to Firestone when I had a bubble in one of my tires. I asked to have it replaced, but got a good deal on getting the other front tire as well (needed it anyway). The salesperson was very professional. However, it took about 2 hours to get the job done since there were several cars in front of me. PROS: Professional, good price CONS: Long wait more
