Fine Cleaners (FC) has misplaced my clothing. I dropped off a pair of Kenneth Cole pants for dry cleaning along with three other pants, my ticket reflected the same count. Later that afternoon FC realizes a pair of pants is missing and reduces the count in their system from four to three and notifies me of the change, which I dispute. When I went to pick up the clothes they asserted their claim that I had only dropped off three pants and not four, which is NOT the case as indicated on my ticket. I reported them to the Dallas BBB and made me sound like a disgruntled, begrudged, liar. My advice is to fine(d) another cleaners!!!
