I just took my 2 small children to see Dr. Vegas for their first eye exam and had a wonderful experience. She was so patient and kept them entertained the whole time. I also got an eye exam and new glasses and contacts for myself and am very happy with them. Great place! more

I recently had a great experience at this Northwest Houston vision center. I understand that it is under new ownership and goes by Northwest Vison. I was treated very well and love my new glasses. The optomotrist I saw was Dr. Vegas. She is simply the best around. more

Now under new ownership and I had an incredibly good experience. The doctor, Brooke Causey was very attentive, polite, thorough and professional. She took her time to make sure my vision was absolutely perfect. I have not seen things this clearl in many years. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Be sure to know what your insurance does and doesn't cover. Even though I located this practive b/c it was recommended on my vision insurance site, my medical insurance was charged instead. It took them 5 months to correct it and they still haven't refunded the co-pay that was overpaid. Also, I went in for a routine eye exam and contact lens fitting. Because I had a two minute conversation with a doctor about a polyp on my eye (that has been there forever), they sent me an additional bill for a separate ""diagnosis"" - seems to me like they were trying to cover for their mistake in billing my medical insurance instead of my vision... The exam and the doctor were fine, I just feel bamboozled by their billing department. If you go here, caveat emptor - be sure to know exactly what your insurance covers and exactly what they will be billing you for! Pros: Doctor was nice. Cons: Office/Billing staff is incompetent and patient un-friendly. more

The doctor is nice and caring. Takes time to explain. The staff was very nice and friendly. The overall experience was very satisfying. more

My mom works there not in the front though and she is great she has been in the field for over 20 years so not all of the staff is bad! more

Very gentle, intelligent, and reputable doctor, however if you are looking for a great office staff to go along with it, this isn't the one for you. Office staff is rude, policies are non personable. Long term relationship with patients does not seem to be at a high priority. Pros: good doctor Cons: rude office staff, has her staff do the ""dirty work"" with policies and doesn't seem to care about long term patient relationship more
