As the owner who has intimate knowledge of the some of the people who write complaints, and others that can't be identified. The problem with these sites is that these outlandish reviews can actually be your competitors! The only way to get these removed is to pay this company and you have the ability to control who and what is posted about your business. We refuse to be blackmailed to do this. Out of the thousands of mattresses sold, the few that I am aware of is one customer who was smoking something not legal back years ago, who would not let our delivery men enter to deliver his purchase. Another was one that went to small claims court and won her case by lying in court. Her bed was not supported evenly, part on hardwood floor and part on carpet and the wheels were broken on the frame. I have refrained for many years not replying to these outrageous and liabelious statements. We have maintained a terrific reputation in the greater Seattle area and the majority of our business is repeat customers who are very satisfied with our product and our customer service. I would ask that you check us out for yourselves rather than relying on a few people who have continued to bad mouth us, because they believed they did not have to follow any rules that would be standard with any other mattress store anywhere. I apologize that it has become necessary to explain but, enough is enough and felt the need to relate about all of our satisfied customers. Thank you for your listening and hopefully keeping an open mind and find out for yourselves if indeed, these rants are a few strange and outlandish claims by people who could not work within the framework of warranty and resort not telling the whole story.
