I have been a member for about a month and I am happy with the experience. I was very nervous at first, but everyone was so welcoming to me and made me feel comfortable. I actually went bungee jumping for the first time in my life last week and it was awesome! I can say that this has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I joined this club about 3 months ago. From the get go I felt welcome and that the members at the local office were excited to be a part of the club. They answered all my questions about the club and helped me determine whether this was the right place for me to be or not. Since I joined, I've been to a little over a dozen events, have made a bunch of acquaintances and a couple good friends that I hang out with once or twice a week outside the club. I haven't met any special someone yet, but I'm having too much fun to really care about it. I'm so glad I decided to join, because now I have options every night of the week to choose if I want to do something or not. more

I signed up for Events and Adventures thinking it would be fun to meet new people and find my soul mate. I tried to talk to them about prices over the phone and they told me I had to come into the office. So, I went into the office wanting to think about it and from the get go they pressured me to sign up that day, saying the price would go up after I left. more

Great way to meet people, have fun doing it, and avoid all the hassles of setting it up yourself. events and adventures know hoe to set up each event so that the people attending get to meet each other in fun relaxed way. Much better than online stuff and ads. Give it a try you will be happy. more

Love it 8/16/2010

This is a pretty great way to meet people, make friends and enjoy some great activities without having a dating service. I was never happy with e-harmony or match. But this has a more natural feel to getting to know people. If you've just moved to Dallas then you should try this out! more
