One final note, Jim arranged to have his tecnicians take care of some minor paint damage to my mother in laws car at 1/2 the price we were quoted at a local auto boday repair. One can't measure the value of making one's mother in law happy after all.... I just purchased my second car from these guys and have been very pleased with my dealings with them. When test driving the first car, I curbed a wheel - ugh. I ended up wanting the car so they fixed it good as new, and charged me nothing. more

I stopped by here and did a little shopping based on a raving recommendation from a friend. I didnt buy a car yet, but when I do it will definitly be from these guys, there was no pressure, their cars are nice, and there are no ""used car salesman"" like at a similar lot we went to down the street. made the drive from puyallup and could not be happier. after shopping locally i found the right car for me but elliott bay had a similar vehicle for less money and the car had more options as well as lower miles. it was a no brainer to drive to seattle and wow it was well worth it. i know from now on where i will be buying all my cars. more

Ever since I was young I have always wanted to have a Mercedes-Benz. For the past couple of years I have always stopped in to Elliott Bay just to browse and admire the beautiful cars. The staff was always very friendly and allowed me to dream for as long as I pleased. With a recent job change I was able to purchase a new vehicle and trade my old Camry for a wonderful MB GL450. My purchase from Elliott Bay could not have had been easier and I am already starting to save for my next Mercedes...hopefully an AMG! more

Don't get scamed! These guys will tell you anything, INCLUDING that the car you are looking to buy has NEVER BEEN in an ACCIDENT! They will even show you a Car Fax if you push them, But if you go online and pay to get your own from Car Fax it might look different like mine did. I paid for a Car Fax and the report showed two accidents and thiers showed no accidents. Don't know how but DON'T GO HERE! more

Best customer service around. Literally red carpet service. I called ahead about a Lexus is stock and when I arrived the vehicle was out front. Quick test drive and I new it was going to be my new baby. Still love the car and will definitely buy again there (even though my Lexus will run forever). more

What scammers.I looked at an Audi A4 at Elliott and was about to buy it but something seemed wrong with the car,the light was flashing on the instrument thing,it was a safety light or something,so I told them I wasnt sure if it was o.k.plus I wanted to check my financing before going forward anyway.Man,you would have thought I just kicked the guy ,he told me if I didnt buy now they would sell to someone else,so I told him I would check my bank and be back.Well in the time it took my bank to call back I had a chance to call Audi at southcenter and asked if they could give me the service records.The service dept transfered me to a sales manager guy and he asked if I had the car checked out.I told him the car was checked by the dealer and the car has a full time warranty.The manager asked which car and I told him its Elliott Bay Brokers and he said ""dont do it""these guys buy bad cars and there's no guarantee the warranty is valid,so he asked me to come down.I met him today and he showed me a carfax document that showed 2 accidents and that if I had a warranty claim it most likely wouldn't be covered.What liars at Elliott Bay.Audi told me they do it all the time and showed me 3 other cars they're selling with wrecked history.I agree with the other posts DONT GO THERE.By the way I bought a car elsewhere. more

Dont BUY FROM THESE RIP OFFS.The guys seem nice and helpful finding me a BMW that drove nice ,but seemed to shake when we drove over 40 miles an hour.I asked Domenic what was wrong and he told me it was a wheel balance and he would give me $100 off the car to get it done myself.So,I took the car to Firestone to get it fixed,the mechanic tried to fix it but couldn't due to damage to the suspension.I called back to the seller and they said I must have hit something.I tried to get Domenic to admit that it was driving badly but he wouldn't take any of my calls.More than 3 months later I will have to make a court claim to get some of my money back from these thieves.Please contact me if you've had similar experiences with these jerks.I just got a unlimited carfax account and ran these guys cars.About 1/2 of their cars I ran are bad,run away,dont walk RUN!! more

We decided to stop in on a Thursday afternoon on our way to BMW Seattle and see some of the other vehicles we had found online. Upon arrival at the Elliott Bay offices I was a little put off by the lack of service. When we first walked in the main entrance it was a little strange to not see any vehicles. There were 2 salesman in the office and they informed me that the inventory was located on the roof. I was there to see a BMW 5 series. When I asked to see the car the salesman did not simply show me to the vehicle he instead called someone to bring it down for us which struck me as odd since I was hoping to see their selection. After waiting around in the office for 3 or 4 minutes the salesman called again and said it would be just another minute or so. Once the car showed up we went for a ride with the porter. It was nice and drove great as it is a BMW after all. At the end of the drive he led us up to the roof to see the other BMWs. He opened some cars for us and 10 or 15 minutes later he was called to pull around another car and excused himself. We eventually showed ourselves out. The selection at Elliot bay auto is quite large with plenty of variety. We were planning to come back and contrast the drive of a BMW with that of a newer Audi. Although we ended up buying somewhere else I will stop by to try out multiple brands next time we are in the market. more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF! I bought an Audi around the end of last year and 5 different engine lights appeared within one week from purchase. The check water-pump light, Over heating warning, the service warning, check washer fluid, and check tire pressure.... Had to be rigged. Customer service was great until I purchased the car. For a month straight I would call an ask for any info on the service records that were supposed to come with the car, but didn't receive not one single call back. more

I urge everyone to buy used cars at a local major dealership (name brand ones like Mercedes Barrier, BMW, etc.). You may pay a little more, but they are a lot more conscious about keeping their customers happy. They want referrals. So, be very hesitant in buying cars from used car dealers! If you do, take a mechanic; it will save you a lot in the long run. Brokers are usually price their cars for less and their is a reason for it. Contact me if you have any questions. Thanks. more
