My comments are this: Managers, get your staff together and discuss possibly sending all staff to a training seminar once in a while. Wait staff, bartenders, bussing staff, including the managers need to be able to handle a busy and popular place like El Tiempo. Your food is very good, a bit pricy, but worth it, your drinks are outstanding, but you need to be competitive in every way in order to continue with your success. If not, word gets around and soon you will find yourself wondering, ""what happened?"" First rule: Advise your staff not to talk about tips in front of the clientele. Many of the customers are in a tipping type of service and it is very rude and distasteful. Keep your comments to yourselves or talk about it AFTER the restaurant closes.
