No longer there 6/4/2006

I use to go to Corfit and was sad when they closed their doors. I have found a new place that rates if not the same or better.... Klein Massage and Day Spa(look them up on City Search). It is located right down the street in Cedar Park Office Park. I had a Massage, Facial and Pedicure. The space was decorated beautifully and the staff was kind and helpful. I was very impressed and afterwards very relaxed. I will be telling all my friends and family to make an appointment TODAY for all their spa services. Pros: Quite, Pricing, Staff Cons: off the beaten path more

Excellent massages! 6/19/2005

Although I'm used to the spas at Gene Juarez, Aveda, Sanctuary Spa, and Salish Lodge, the massages at Corfit definitely rival the ones at these high-end spas. It is not a huge spa with Zen-like fountains and rock gardens, Vichy showers, or Japanese soaking pools. Corfit is in an office park, but they have done an excellent job of creating a relaxing and lovely atmosphere. The staff are helpful and gracious. If you are lucky enough to have Mia, then you've won the massage Lotto! If you have a Microsoft discount, you get 15-20% off all their treatments. If you need a 2 1/2 hour spa escape with all the bells and whistles, by any means, go to a Gene Juarez. But if you just want a fantastic massage and are more open-minded about the low-key atmosphere Corfit has, then give it a try. You'll end up being a regular. Pros: Prices, Mia's hands, MSFT discount Cons: Location, No spa "frills" more

AWESOME 5/13/2004

I was really impressed by this place. I got a gift certificate for a spa facial and pedicure at CorFit for my b-day. I made an appt. and didn't really know what to expect. Mark - the owner is an absolute gem (he did my zen facial) and makes you feel like your well being is the most important thing in the world. A woman did my pedicure and was fantastic. The decor is totally cool and you leave there feeling destressed and again able to face this stressful world. The fact that it is in a business office setting didn't bother me but I guess some of the snobs might complain. I think CorFit is a wonderful escape and the owner has done so much to make this a wonderful retreat. Highly recommended! I cannot wait to go back. Pros: excellent service, neat atmosphere, professionals! more

Best Ever 1/2/2004

I've been to Gene Juarez twice and InSpa three times and this place beats both of them in every category. Sure, it's a bit of a shock to go from an office building exterior to what you see in their waiting room, but it's a pleasant distraction. My therapist was Alicia and she's one of the overall nicest people I've ever met. She seemed to genuinely care about my well-being and that's something I rarely get at massage places. I was also there for an exfoliation, as well, and the woman I met during that treatment was also very nice. I'm going back as soon as I can. Pros: location, service, price more

One of the best! 12/11/2002

I was referred from a friend and was, admittedly, hesitant about trying a new masseuse. They are professional with a soothing atmosphere. Each masseuse I have had has been excellent. Am going to refer all my friends! Pros: Open all the time Cons: A bit cramped more

Good but could be better 11/7/2002

The services were overall quite good but the location includes freeway noise and creaky floors. The old office building feeling is hard to escape with the ceiling grid above and having to cross the hall for the restrooms. Highly recommend the facial and massage. The scrub and wrap are probably better done at a larger spa. Pros: Intimate, Small Cons: Freeway noise, Limited facilities more

Life Maintenance Necessity 11/4/2002

I am a retail buyer for Nordstrom, and a sinlge mother of two girls. Needless to say, life demands a lot of me. To counter-act the stress I have been receiving weekly massages for many years. I happened to see a coupon for CorFit in one of my mailers and decided to try it out. The immediate difference in the quality of treatment I received made me re-book that same day. My therapist has taken my body farther in three months time, than the last place did over the course of two years. I suggest this place to anyone looking for actual progress in his or her body, as well as great stress maintenance. Pros: Private Rooms, Quality Treatments, Friendly Front Desk more

It was not what I expected 11/2/2002

I didn't expect a buisness park with a community bathroom in the hall?? the lobby was EXTREEMLY small. the waiting room is 5 steps from the 1st massage room. I could see right in one of the rooms when the therapist opened the door Oops... because of the lack of room all the therapist have to stand in the small hallway. the massage was great! staff were nice but, This place is not a "spa" its bare bones. how did they even get 2 in this catagory? Pros: nice bed, good therapist, open 7 days a wk Cons: small, no privacy, poor location more

Sweet release 10/29/2002

Corfit has a great atmosphere, good people, and a vibe which makes me want to go back again and again. My husband gave me a pedicure and massage as a present before the wedding, and the two experiences I had there made me want to come back. Not only does the salon emit a cool, calming vibe, when I was done with my massage (by Jessica), I felt refreshed and energized! Pros: nonpushy feel, good parking, worked with schedule Cons: difficult to find more

#1 one day, #2 the next??? 9/17/2002

I thought this spa was #1??? I just moved to Washington from California about three weeks ago. Down south there are spa's everywhere! Little, Huge, and all sizes in between. One thing you learn is that in the beauty industry, bigger is not always better. After moving I was ready for a nice massage and facial. I went online to CitySearch and saw that they had just finalized the results of a "Best Of" poll. CorFit was the "Audience Winner of 2002" when I checked. I am very happy that I went to CorFit, because they did a great job. And now I have my place to go. I'm just wonder what happended??? (Was Bush in on this too?) Pros: Very Nice People, Love the Decor, Free Parking more

The Cirque Folk 9/3/2002

I'm with Cirque du Soliel. We currently have a show in Renton called 'Dralion'. Our catering company gave us some gift certificates to Corfit. After working day in and day out, it was so fabulous to just be pampered. The best deep tissue massages ever! It flowed very well, and was also very relaxing. The oil mixture they used really helped in releasing my muscle tension, I think it had either rosemary or peppermint in it. Maybe both! When someone finds out I am with the Cirque they tend talk about it the entire time. 'Anna', allowed me to be silent the entire time. I recomended many people from the Cirque to her with no negative feedback. I am sure we will be back in town soon, and I look forward to signing up with her weekly. Thanks again for the silence Anna! Pros: Silence if desired!, Great Massage!, Very friendly! Cons: More Locations more

Fabulous Getaway 8/29/2002

I am full time working mother of a two year old and a husband who thinks he is a 2 year old and Corfit is one of the things that keeps me sane. Corfit is the first Day Spa I have been to where the people are not snobbish. When I enter the building on the weekends in my grubbiest sweats they treat me like the Queen and I leave walkng on air. Pros: Good Parking, Reasonably Priced, Fabulous Staff more

You are in good hands 8/28/2002

Simply the best! Spa services do not get any better, you are a rregular when you enter the door. Pros: Proffessional, serving, location Cons: None more

Nothing but the best! 8/28/2002

Corfit was neat, organized, comfortable, cozy, and extremely friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great deep tissue massage or an exillerating sea-salt polish or an aromatherapy wrap. All very relaxing and a great price. Thank you Corfit! Pros: last minute schedulin, affordable price, relaxing environment Cons: too many options more

Love my wife 8/17/2002

Now I know why she never misses her Sunday day at Corfit. After weeks of nagging I gave in and joined her. Now Sunday means Corfit. Puts a new meaning on Sunday night too! Pros: Sundays!, parking, service more

Thank you Hyatt Regency!! 8/17/2002

This East coast girl is impressed. I asked the front desk for a good, clean spa for a facial and massage. I was asked, good service, or frills but snobbery. I went for service and service they got! We need a Corfit at home! They even mailed me their product samples! Like they say in the movies, "I'll be back". JA Pros: service, professional, value Cons: only one location! more

Marvelous Massages 8/15/2002

The best place to get a massage. Great ambiance with people who know your name after the first visit. Pros: Good parking, Affordable, Friendly staff more

10 Stars? Delivered! 8/12/2002

I relocated to the Seattle area two years ago from New York, New York. I visited a few of the so called "10" star rated spas. Unfortunately, not all of them were as 'heavenly' or 'elite' as they claimed to be. Clients should not be expected to simply be impressed by a stylish space in a downtown location. They were mostly crowded, and I felt like a total number! In NY there are many businesses opening all the time, and closing all the time. In order for a place to remain in business they have to draw in the clientele with the decor, and keep them coming back with quality service and friendly personnel. Corfit will be one that will remains for awhile. The 8 in the variety of treatments is because they could use a steamroom, sauna, and hydrotherapy treatments. My gym has all three for the time being. Pros: Great Location, Aromatherapy, Stone Treatments more

Caution: May Cause Addiction 8/12/2002

I got a gift certificate from my wife for a one hour massage at CorFit. I was very nervous, and had no idea what to expect. My therapist was very understanding and put all my concerns to rest. After feeling the results even days after my massage I called to set up another appointment. Now, my wife & I have a massage at least once or twice a month...for One & Half Hour each! Pros: Good Prices, Quality Service, Friendly Front Desk more

  • The Scene
Take away the chenille throws, the bamboo wall hanging and the African artwork, and this spot could be an insurance agency. But the cozy, eclectic décor and the wafting scent of aromatherapy create a relaxing, if not luxurious atmosphere. In the treatment rooms, shades and gentle music mask the sounds of rush-hour traffic from the nearby freeway. There aren't locker rooms or showers, and the bathrooms are down the hall, but rooms are very private.

    The Services

The Suh-Ba-Drah may or may not "balance your dosha," but its package of body exfoliation, body mask and facial, will leave skin smooth and hydrated and the mind relaxed. The Zen facial uses a blend of essential oils personalized by skin type, and can include add-ons, such as the papaya enzyme mask. For those wanting greater results, certified staff offers microdermabrasion, photo-facials and glycolic treatments.

    The Details
Massage, body treatments, wet treatments, Reiki, facials, medi-spa treatments, hair removal, manicure/pedicure.
