Truly awful. Lack the bandwidth, accounting skills and ethics to manage sweeping the sidewalk, let along peoples' investments.\r \r Run the other direction when you see them coming! Hopefully, you find this helpful. Chris more

EMB is okay 2/16/2011

Very surprised to read nothing but negative comments about EMB. They have managed our Bellevue condo property for around 3 years and have done a good job through trying times. No real complaints from us. more

Property Mismanagement 9/1/2010

Lazy, unproffesional,rude, incompitant and that's just the side they show to thier paying resindents. Do not give your condos management contract to these fools !. more
