My girlfriend recommended Dust Connections and they are great! Call anytime, Dawn answers the phone and she is great at scheduling appointments! The girls arrive and are managed by a supervisor. The more specific you are the better the cleaning will be! We put together a list before they get there and go through it all and the results are wonderful. Couldn't recommend them enough. more

Ok, I have used Dust Connection to clean my home for about 7 years, and they do a great job. It is important that you get a good person from their cleaning staff. When we go out of town, they always work around our schedule. And Dawn at Dust connection is always pleasant and very helpful. We just went through a major rehab project in my home (dry walling, plumbing, carpentry, floors redone) and Dust Connection helped me keep my sanity by coming by and getting my home clean....I don't know how they do it because I can never clean as well as my sweet cleaning lady from Dust Connection. I see they have some negative reviews on this site, but my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I have been really happy with my service from Dust Connection and will continue to use them for years to come. more

The dust connection is excellent. I have had them for years and recently they got me through an extensive construction project without complaint. All I can say to the naysayers...cleaning women are not miracle workers, if you are a slob there is only so much they can do! more

They started out pretty good and I liked my cleaner. But the bosses used to randomly change her schedule so that she wouldn't come when I was expecting her - or they'd send a total stranger at times when they expected I would not be there. The final straw was when no one came at our scheduled time a couple of days before Christmas and they tried to tell me I had agreed to this. BAD SERVICE, VERY UNRELIABLE. Pros: my original cleaner was nice, thorough, personable. Cons: I rarely got her once I'd committed to the service and gave them my key; they send strangers at odd times! more

I used this cleaning serviced for over a year. They did a decent cleaning job initially but then went downhill. They did not show up when scheduled. When we called them they told us it would be another 10 days before they could send someone. We had guests coming in 2 days so that was stressful. Also, I called them to change the credit card to be charged to since I was moving and gave them a new credit card. They continued to charge my old credit card for multiple cleanings that I did not receive and I had to call at least three times to get it fixed. I am not sure why it was so complicated. On the third call, I spoke with Mary Lynch from accounting. I was upset as I had to call so many times. She actually called me a swear and was did not want to help me. I ended up having to change my credit card number as they would not stop charging my card. The whole experience was awful. more

I've been using Dust Connection for over six months and have yet to complain. At first they come in for a consultation and discuss with you what your expectations are. After that it's easy you just fill out paperwork if you having ongoing cleaning times and they will automatically charge you. I have pets and only requested the same person - Voila; she's great. Always punctual and my place at home looks great when I arrive. They also are available Saturdays but I think charge extra. Pros: Service, Value, Great House Cleaner more
