I can't say enought wonderful things about Diva's Bridal. The staff was AMAZING especially Kathleen. She was a gem. I am so proud and pleased to know I found my perfect dress and have the staff at Diva's to thank! My entire family will be back! more

I love Divas!!! The women that work there are amazing! I had horrible experience at another place and Michelle and Kathleen made my day SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!! They were very helpful and let my mom, sister, and me just do our own thing... but were right by our side when we had a question! They were very fun and entertaining as well as educated on the products! They made us feel right at home!!! I recommend any bride that wants an awesome experience to go to Divas and talk to the fabulous women that work there! I didn't even plan on buying a dress and I found the perfect one for me! I am such a fan of supporting locally owned businesses, that I always want to choose to go that route when I can. That being said, I always suggest that my brides look at Diva's first. The girls there are so great, and know their stuff so well! Every time I've gone in, whether it's a tight budget or not, I have found a gown for my brides. They hear what you are thinking about, and start pulling one amazing gown after another. They are personable, yet professional, and tailor their search to each client. I have been so happy to have Diva's as my preferred bridal boutique! more

Wish I had started my wedding gown search here, but then I might not have appreciated it quite so much! I had been to several stores and tried on many a dress, but nothing that really blew me away.. not to mention I was let down to say the least at how unglamorous my shopping experiences had been. When I went to Diva's I was treated like a princess and finally found the dress I had been searching for and all the amazing accessories to go with it! Crystal and the staff at Diva's were wonderful! She was not afraid to give me her professional opinion, which I really appreciated! I am greatly confused by some of these reviews as I have been privy to only the highest professionalism and customer care of any boutique I've ever entered at Divas. Several months ago a friend of mine needed her second mother's gown and she asked me to accompany her. When we walked into Divas we were immediately greeted. Well, I was. My friend was on the phone but quickly got off so not to seem rude. There were 2 young women in there. One looked at my friend, remembered her name and what she had purchased from 5 years ago! Try getting that type of service ANYWHERE else! After shopping with my friend my daughter called not 2 weeks later to tell me she would be getting married as well! With limited planning time (her fiance is in the military) we made an appointment with the ladies at Divas. The following week we went in and had a wonderful time! My daughter is plus sized and we had only a short time before the wedding. The first questions out of our consultant's mouth was not about sizing or budget but where, date, time of day, styles she had been liking. Now Divas is a boutique, not a large box store, so they primarily special order all wedding gowns. We were told our choices were limited due to timing to order a gown. One company we liked would not ship a gown even if we rushed it because it had to be a 3 week difference between the delivery and actual wedding date. Our consultant (Michelle) made sure we found a gown by a company that could pull it off for us with no time constraints to worry about! She stayed within budget. Granted, to order bridal, be prepared to definitely spend a thousand dollars minimum but like I stated prior, this is a boutique. I found both young ladies who helped us fun, charming, polite, genuine, and caring about our needs. I feel some people come to write some of these reviews with malicious agendas. In my several trips in I have observed these ladies working with many different people and doing a bang up job on each visit! I found my dream wedding gown within an hour-and-a-half at Diva's! They have a huge selection of gorgeous bridal gowns in every style and price point you can think of (brides on a budget, don't shy away from here!) and everyone who works there is friendly, accommodating, and very helpful in finding dresses that suit their clients. They also have a great selection of formal and semi-formal clothing for any occasion, not just weddings, and tons of accessories. Great experience... I highly recommend Diva's! I bought my wedding dress at Divas and I have to say it was a wonderful experience that I will never forget. Divas was the first store I went to and I am SO glad we started there! I found the perfect dress for my wedding and I cannot wait to wear it soon! Not only were Crystal and the other ladies super nice, they also were very honest and really helped me narrow down my decision and ultimately choose my dress. I'm getting married next month, second (last) wedding. When I started looking for dresses back in the winter, I just stopped in Diva's for the first time and told Crystal and Michelle what I DIDN'T want. They immediately starting pulling dresses, probably 20, for me to try on. They were so friendly and encouraging and helpful. The dress that I fell in love with and bought wouldn't have been one I would have given a second look to on the hanger. But, the girls were able to look at me and listen to me and produce the perfect dress for me! I went back a few times and they remembered my name every time, just like we were old friends! They gave me excellent advise, when asked, and honest feedback, and encouragement. In this day of shoddy customer service and workmanship, Diva's soars above the rest in excellence! It has been such a good, fun experience for me and I would HIGHLY recommend Diva's to anyone of guidance and first rate service and beautiful clothing, to boot! Forget what all of these other rude reviews are saying.... oh and for David's Bridal good luck finding an one of a kind dress. I went to Diva's to look for a wedding dress for my debutante presentation and ball. I went to the store with the intention to look only, but I ended up buying! the dresses are that amazing! I was greeted so kindly when I entered the store. They asked what so my price point and what styles I was interested in wearing. After I told them this they went right to work picking out dresses and putting them in a fitting room, not only did they pick out dresses but they also let me look through all the dresses just in case the did not pull something I might like. Although I tried on about 30 dresses the second one I tried on was the one I bought. The women were so helpful and gave honest opinions. Diva's is perfect for that girl who want something special and exquisite but does not want to break the bank. There dresses are fairly priced and are absolutely beautiful. Diva's is the best bridal shop is greensboro and winston salem, and they people are just wonderful. If you are going to walk in there with your nose turned up then it is your fault if people don't treat you nice because no one likes people like that! Diva's is the place to buy a wedding dress!!! more

My mother and I went to Divas to help my sister shop for a wedding dress. We could not have asked for a more flawless experience! Crystal and the rest of the Divas ladies stock an extensive collection of gorgeous dresses and, quite frankly, they just know what they are doing. They helped my sister make decisions about dresses, talked to her extensively about alterations and accessories, and helped her stay within her budget, on top of making all three of us feel welcome and comfortable during the almost three hours we spent in the store. My sister bought the third dress she tried on and said it best when she commented ""why would I even look anywhere else?"" She found the perfect dress and we had the perfect experience. Now if we could just get that mimosa bar up and running in the back....:) Pros: great customer service, great selection Cons: no mimosas more

I was warmly invited into Divas today because I heard of their pageant gown sale. I am a current Miss NC MAO Local title holder preparing for State. I just happened to be in the dressing room when Miss NC Amanda Watson waltzed in with her behind on her shoulders and her mother was an abusive shrew! I kept silent because I didn't want anyone to know I was there and the Divas didn't say a word! They just let it all play out. I can tell you that the manager Michelle handled herself exceptionally well after threats and a deluge of insults with the most unprofessional behavior ever (very unbecoming of a Queen and now I definitely want to prove the Crown better!). Kudos to the Divas for standing their ground quietly while being harassed. I'll be back again before State. Thanks for the 2 I got today girls and GOOD LUCK with what you actually have to deal with on a day to day basis! <3 Pros: Best formal everything! Cons: Closed Sundays and Mondays but I don't care more

Divas is the Boutique to shop at when trying to find the perfect dress for that special event. Crystal & Michelle (that work there) give attention to every detail to help you to look your very best and really to make you look absolutely beautiful. They are exceptionally good at their job and they honestly care about you and your special event and about making you look good. They are not snobby. The store is not stuffy. The selection of dresses and clothing in the store is exceptional. The people that work there are warm, friendly and honest. They really have a discerning eye to help you to dress, look and feel amazing. They helped me to pick out the perfect wedding dress and veil as well as accessories. I have read these reviews and completely shocked by the negitive content listed. I was told about Divas through a friend while trying to look for a prom dress and figured it couldnt hurt to go and see what all they have. As soon as i walked into the store the management greeted me and made sure that if i needed anything at all to just let them know and they would do anything to help out. The selection of dresses was mind blowing and as soon as i asked for assistance in trying to find something they asked what i liked and what i didnt, then filled the dressing room up in dresses in minutes! Some of the dresses i personally wouldnt have picked out they reassured me to just try it on and see what i thought. while being hessitant i went through with it and was amazed with how helpful they were and so nice! After finding the dress of my dreams i have brought back numerous times many of my friends and they absolutely loved the store and the management! they make sure to always make you fill comfortable and i have not only seen this with my experiance but with how they have been so helpful to others also. I was in the store the same time as bride2010 was in. The young lady behind the counter spoke to these ladies twice before they responded. When asked about a certain line the customers said was online as Divas being a vendor the customers were told they have never been a vendor of the line but possibly the store (Cardinal) down the street did. I saw the salesperson (Crystal, by the way) come from behind the counter to ask them did they possibly confuse one brand for a similarly named brand. I have known the ""Divas"" for over a year now while planning my wedding. I have gotten everything there...gown, veil, bm's gowns, my mother's dress and my future MIL's dress. They really care about their customers and I wonder what motive these bashers have. Also, my friend was told if she canceled her bridal appointment at Cardinal she would have to pay a $100 fee. The Ladies at Divas never pressured me, fined me, or ignored me. I was (and am) on a strict budget and they have all been gracious in tending to my needs. Every bride should go there. But not the one's walking in with chips on their shoulders! Thanks Divas for all you have done to help make my dream a reality! ;) Pros: Awesome selection, awesome women who care. Ok so I had heard from others that this place was bad, but now I have seen it for myself. I went with two of my bridesmaids to look at dresses, and we were in the mood to buy, but believe me I would never spend my money there. First of all no one greeted us at the door, just stared at us and then asked us what we wanted, Then, when my friend asked if they carried a certain designer she said she hd never heard of that before. Get real lady, it was Casablanca, one of the biggest wedding dress designers out there. Then with her cocky attitude she made snide remarks to the other lady working and didn't even move from the front desk to help us. We felt like she was putting us down, like we weren't good enough for her service. Too bad she missed out on my money, I went right down the street to cardinal bridal and bought my wedding dress where they have great service and one on one attention. To all girls, brides, and bridal parties: Never ever go to Diva's, it is a waste of your time and you will leave feeling down! I know why they call it Diva's...the place is full of them! My daughter and I went prom dress shopping at Divas, They have a wonderful selection of beautiful prom dresses. Worst Service, It is very cold. and fake,You feel like they will tell you anything just so you will buy one of there dresses .my daughter tried on several Dresses, Most of them looked great but there was one or two that just did not compliment her skin tone. but wouldn't you guess those were the two they went on and on about. Once they find out you might have to think it over they drop you like a hot potatoe. We went back a year later thinking maybe,we caught them on a bad day, But the service was the same. This time I brought my other daughter who is a size 14. this was interesting. Everything my daughter tried on looked awful, But they cheered her own as if she was Miss America. Be real. Aviod! more

I had a great experience buying my wedding dress and shoes at Diva's. All of the sales people were always very helpful and accommodating, not to mention that they sell the prettiest dresses in town. There just was no comparison between their selection and the other stores I visited around town. They helped me pick out dresses right for my body shape and gave helpful advice. Also, everything I ordered from them came on time and in perfect condition. They knew my name every time I walked in and always made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even when they were swamped. There were no questions or rude comments about my budget, and I can't imagine that ever happening there. Everyone was always incredibly friendly and chatty and made my dress shopping experience memorable. This was the first store I visited to look for a dress, and I went to a few others, but came back to Diva's and purchased my dress there because of their wonderful selection and great service. more
