Signed up for package promised I would save money over suddenlink. Two year contact, in these times concider this fact closely.

Was not told there is limit to data usage on internet. After three days it slowed to old telephone modem speeds. Can improve this for an additional $30.00 bucks a month but their is still limit on data usage. The cancellation charge is $ 420.00, after three days for Internet another $ 420.00 for TV service if I cancel it. !. Buyer beware. When you try to resolve you get the typical run around and fourty people to talk to with no resolution. On and On
Other cable srevices have no contracts and you can cancel at any time, use those guys.
