When we walked onto the lot, the first person to greet us went directly up to my boyfriend, shook his hand, and pretty much ignored me. Annoying, since I'm the one buying the car. Luckily he wasn't our salesman. We ended up working with Brandon, who was very helpful and didn't make the same assumptions about who would be writing the check. Brandon understood that I already knew what I wanted, didn't try to change my mind, took us on a couple of test drives, was respectful and personable, answered all of my questions straightforwardly, and helped me through the process of buying my Jetta, which I absolutely love btw. Aside from that first guy, (who we only dealt with for a couple of minutes so they still get 5 stars), everyone here was friendly and professional. As far as certified used Jetta's go, I shopped around and they had the best selection and prices. Also, I'm an Oregon resident; tax free was very easy. (And for the people who think the employees are posting fake reviews, the employees do ask their customers to leave reviews on here if we were happy with our experience, which I think is a very fair request. Their supervisors read these too, and I am happy to share when someone does their job well).
Pros: Not pushy; professional; my new Jetta :)
Cons: Bad first impression
