I was trying to purchase a new TDI from a dealer in Salem could not get them to call me back. After a week I called Dick Hannah VW in Vancouver Spoke with the New Car Manager Abdu very pleasant I explained what had happend and what I wanted and he said no problem. The color I wanted was comming in so he told me that Samantha would be calling me with the details. Samantha was right on it and within 5 days Samantha picked me up at the Airport took me back to the dealership and I picked up my new car. The service was great and the people were super! My next purchase Dick Hannah !!! So if your looking to buy a new or used car don't waste your time with the Maytag salesman sleeping on the job. Go see Samantha Lane SHE GETS THINGS DONE!!!!!
